Probably the only time in history two G.O.A.T.s have played on the same team in the same season, and even as a Vikings fan biased for Moss it's just true. The undefeated regular season and TD season records by both Moss and Brady are proof.
Xavier Vega *Montana to Rice and a bunch of other stars and HOFers and not many meaningful records = 2 SB rings. Brady to Rice = 1 undefeated RS and a really shitty and stupid SB loss + soooo many records.
55calex is right! Deion took plays off to not by choice and neither did Randy by choice. Randy was used as a decoy and QBs were afraid to pass Deion way
That 2007 season was so damn epic man. Brady & Moss were like the 2000s era of Montana & Rice! But BETTER! Yes i said it, they made alot of history together in ONE SEASON!
The play where Moss passed back to Williams at the end of the second half for a touchdown made me love football. I still remember watching it live as a kid. Randy Moss will always be the best receiver ever in my eyes. Great video.
+jake god it's not retarted to suggest a top 3 wr ever is the best at his position. Can you imagine his stats if he would had played with Brady his entire career.
This is the remastered version of the popular older video I posted. When i watch the videos of a few years ago, I've come a long way in what I can do so from time to time I like to go back into them and retouch them. It also allows me to work on some of my all time favorites like Randy Moss one more time.
6:24 I remember I was watching that game live with my friends and we just couldn't believe what we saw when Moss made that one-handed catch vs Darrelle Revis mind you. Just incredible
Randy Moss with those legs and that speed was a human thoroughbred..pure talent..I would have love to see what he would have done with a elite work ethic. He admitted himself that he didn't have that say he took plays off, and the controversy off the field. But, he is no less impressive, he just would've been more impressive. S/o to Moss! I enjoyed every minute of your playtime bruh
He never said de didn't have an "elite work ethic." that is a media lie. He said he doesn't run full speed on plays he's not the primary target: when he's a diversion. There's no point to it. No one tells Randy to play. He just plays.
@@JL-XrtaMayoNoCheese I hate when the media have me repeating their lies. It’s embarrassing. I just loved watching Moss play. Wish he played for the Bears in his prime. But the Bears, that’s a whole other heartbreaking subject for die hard hometown fan like myself.
+kyle seaton depends on what season though lol. if its jerry rices season where he only played 12 games and i thibk had like 24 touchdowns or so idk what it was but i know it was alot id take rice
@Heisenberg-SchrodingerEmc2 More football ignorance. Cover 2 came out in the early 70's before Moss was even born. Cover 3 came out before Moss was even drafted. Zone defense wasn't used against Rice because it was completely ineffective against him. Rice ate zones for breakfast, lunch, and dinner because he could find the soft spots in them every time. Sophisticated pundits also understand that Moss was a an underachiever in almost every playoff he ever had. If you need one receiver to play in the Super Bowl only an absolute idiot would take Moss over Rice.
Incredible Video once again Vince. Its unbelievable how you manage it nearly every single video to give me goosebumps trough the combination of commentary, music and epic plays. Thanks for the effort you put into your videos. My highlight was the play at 6:50 where he pitched the ball to his teammate for a TD.
Best to ever play the position. People will cry and say Rice ran better routes but no one talks about how well a qb can actually throw a spiral, how well a line mans footwork is, or how well defensive players use moves. If you can dominate the game, which Randy did, and be part of the TWO of the greatest offenses in NFL history, theres no debate.
@@eliasmanjerovic2022 your comment is 2 years old but it's so ridiculous that I just have to say something. Gronk is the greatest TE of all time, just look at the statistics and his impact on the game. Moss is the most impactful big play receiver of all time. You cannot tell the story of the NFL without mentioning him. "You got messed" is a term ppl use to this day! I assume you're just here to troll, if that's your thing man have it, don't let me stop you.
Whoa. If the Patriots drafted Moss in 1998, things would've been drastically different (and probably for the worse). Hear me out. Instead of 9-7, Patriots probably go 12-4 and Bledsoe throws 30 TD's. But since it's Bledsoe, they lose in the Divisional round (or so). There's no 8-8 in 1999 so Carol stays in NE. No Bill Belichick, no Tom Brady. Bledsoe and Moss are a dynamic duo, and they make the playoffs almost every year in the early 2000's, but again it's Bledsoe so they don't win any Super Bowls, even though they probably make it to one. Carol is a good coach, but not great (remember this is 15+ years ago). Patriots go 10-6 more often than not. By 2006 Moss has moved on, Bledsoe retires and Carol is coaching college FB. Patriots flounder in the mid to late 2000's, going 5-11 or 6-10 every year and are still considered a 2nd tier NFL franchise. If you think about it, drafting Moss could've been the worst thing to happen to the Patriots. Not because of Moss, but because there wouldn't of been a Bill Belichick.
Same reason I tell people that it was better that we lost Curtis Martin to the Jets. If he stays then the pats coast on cruise control enough for Carol and Bledsoe to stay. Then who knows what happens to the franchise after that.
Agreed, a horribly thrown ball that should have been intercepted. Instead, he climbs an invisible ladder and takes the ball away from two guys with better position. Unbelievable if you didn't see it with your own eyes.
Honestly man I'm so glad I found your channel. I've always thought to my self, "Why can't football highlight videos have the same quality as basketball highlight videos?"
Insane that neither him nor TO got rings. I'm so happy I got to see those guys play most of their careers. I don't think we'll ever see two legendary receivers playing at the same time in their primes. I thought Steve Smith and Chad Johnson were the next generation of that but they really weren't on the same level.
I'm a Steelers fan but as an NFL fan when you put the greatest quarterback with the greatest wide receiver you break records that won't be broken until I'm old and gray.
it pisses me off why people say jerry was the best to ever play the game. Moss is by far the best! fuck the numbers. he is way more explosive and could do things jerry could never
If you are a fan of the videos please check out the non-sports videos...if for nothing else they help me out a lot as the sports vids are always a copyright battle, those videos will allow me a lot more freedom to do sports videos more and more. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-o7Gwl_EDeoU.html
"Straight cash, homey!" has got to be at least one of, if not THE single greatest quote of all-time, no doubt about it! "The Freak," to me was, by far, the best wide receiver ever! Yes, that includes Jerry Rice! Rice was great, for sure, but Moss was other worldly! It's only a matter of time when he gets in the Hall of Fame. If he doesn't get in in his first year of eligibility then it's a dadgum crime, to be sure!
