From what I can tell Randy and Kofi have made up, this is an old interview that was done 4 years ago. There’s a pic of the two embracing from earlier in 2023 so that’s good to see.

That's a little something called PR. Even brett and vince made nice for the cameras after a certain amount of time. Kofi and randy definitely still hate each other in person.

From what I know of the "stupid" comments it was before Kofi missed a spot, Randy clearly over reacted but still, it is not like his push was killed just because of Orten.

This is one side if I remember correctly kofi botched receiving the room which resulted in randy getting injured, so randy probably said to higher ups yo this guy is unsafe he needs more time to learn safety In ring, the fact they didn't fire kofi shows it.

Yeah pretty sure the whole thing was a work (besides the "stupid!" incident, that was believable, maybe he was having a bad day), what probably happened is Orton apologized afterward and years later (after their friendship probably grew) they thought it'd be awesome to work together again and use that incident in the storyline

Trust me, he definitely would do something like that. Randy was a hot head man. He’s definitely changed and matured a lot but back in the day he was literally described as a child who would throw temper tantrums and do whatever he wanted, i.e. show up to shows late, belittle fans, he was arrogant asf. Don’t get me cross, Randy Orion is a once in a lifetime generational talent, but he definitely had deplorable personality traits at times.
