@@joseestrada1011I'm 19 but boy lemme tell you, I'll be 26 and it will like only few month's passed..time doesn't stop for anyone. I've learnt it very soon not to make fun of anyone old cause' I've not been in them shoes but watching my parents old and unable to function at level they used to 11 yrs ago is a hard sight to watch...my father keeps telling me do what you want right now not to feel regretted 20 yrs later
I'm 52. My nephew recently told me if I either dyed my gray hairs black or shaved them off I could still pass for 30-something. I told him not many people I grew up with lived long enough to get gray hairs, so I'm actually proud of showing them off. Said that to say this: Randy's in an industry where he's fortunate to still be around to be called "old." He should wear that distinction with pride.
Randy doesn’t really need to focus on Ric like that now, Ric taught Orton game already. That was probably one of, if not the only time Orton had an opportunity to talk to Bruno. I’d have done the same thing lol
@Cayapunk HHH was popping people with sledgehammers, ganging up and beating up people, turned on his friends and made you sympathize for them despite them being great heels in their own rights(HBK, Ric Flair and Randy Orton), the smug look and arrogance, did anything to retain the world heavyweight title and had JR calling him a SOB every week. HHH is the GOAT Heel
The feud against Undertaker was 05. His 2006 saw him challenge for the WHC at WrestleMania, then move back to Raw to feud with Hulk Hogan for SummerSlam, and finally forming Rated-RKO with Edge.
I kinda know what Orton is talking about. I have seen kids who were watching this product during the "Ruthless Aggression" era. And now, all grown up, with beards, and even with a family! Time just flew by...
@@seancarrico8081better in what sense? there’s no prime john cena without orton and vice versa, cena was the babyface side so of course u see him that way, randy was the heel that really brought cena to a new level, he was the reason the rivalry was so interesting. only difference is cena was promoted as the “babyface” face of the company while randy was THE heel AND on the other hand could be a great babyface. plus he stayed in the business and was only out due to injuries, never took a part time schedule
@@JJ.420 @JJ.420 I say this because John brought more popularity to the WWE than Randy Orton. Randy Orton makes up the top 4 with the addition of John Cena, John is overall better and the company put it more on John's back hence the 16 time Champion
I’ve watched the current day legends of Wrestling back when they were baby faces back in mid to late 2000’s when I was a kid coming in my teens. Now they are ushering in the next generation of baby faces. Randy played an excellent heel when I was an avid watcher of WWE. Heck my grandparents , aunts and uncles watched Rick Flair back when he was a baby face and I just happened to see him wrestle before he retired and told stories about them watching him live.
Randy is one of the most naturally gifted wrestlers I've ever seen, he obviously worked his ass off but you can tell watching him, he makes everthing look so easy
Randy’s my age, so I definitely didn’t watch him as a kid (LOL!), but I did watch Flair as a kid. A lot. I also saw old Sammartino a little bit, but his actual prime was before my time. I’ve mostly watched him via old clips and such. But Ric Flair was the fckn man - woooooo!! I was more a Terry Funk guy personally, but greatness is greatness, and Flair was great, so thanks for the memories you three!
This is a reminder that Randy Orton is 44, and has been wrestling since he was in WWE's developmental territory, OVW, when he was 20. Its hard to believe hes been on our TVs wrestling for so long because he's been with WWE for the entirety of his wrestling career. We've seen come in to WWE from outside promotions later in their careers or leave for future endeavors only after a few years, but nobody has been loyal with a promotion & dedicated to wrestling like Randy has been with WWE.
I watched Randy when I was a kid. I stopped watching during his rise (he was in Evolution with HHH, Batista and Flair) but glad he made it to superstardom. (I didn’t stop watching due to him whatsoever.)
i remember tuning into raw & smackdown every week just to see Randy's entrance as a 9yr old kid back in 2011 😂. I'm now 21... crazy how time flies, i remember his feud with Wade Barrett that year. That was when i started watching WWE, when i saw his entrance for the first time, the voices entrance theme, the cool titantron with snake, glowing eyes and red fluid flashing graphics. To the eyes of a 9yr old, it was one of the coolest things ever. Man... i miss those days. 😢
