Thanks to your videos and others posting manual decompression videos more and more chiropractora are starting to do this and I've finally found someone in my area that does it after 5 years and it was exactly what I needed for my neck and lower back
Stretch and exercise and there is no need for a chiro. This is also overkill and potential dangerous. I would never y strap of any kind. Not worth the risk for a temporary relief.
You can rip a fart like this guy did any time you want. No need to be jealous, even if you're in public ...just let it go. You gotta do what you gotta do. You don't need a chiropractor to do this.
I wish I could find a chiropractor that does this! 40 years ago, my first chiropractor did the ring finger but he moved his practice to Florida and nobody around here does it!
