Range day with my buddy shooting our pistol caliber carbines. Neither of us have shot a competition before with rifles so we spent the day getting used to aquiring the first target from low ready.

My buddy is shooting a recent build from a 5d tactical lower, cmmg lower parts kit and a Davidson defense complete upper with a 16" barrel.
Both builds ran flawlessly all day using 115gr brass. I previously had some issues running 124gr sellier & bellot brass, but the rifle feels broken in now with around 1000rds through it!
I'll be using the rifle for steel challenge events this year!
