I’ve heard their stiff shafts are too whippy. Especially for graphite. They only offer the graphite for the 11. 10 and 9 can still be had with a steel shaft.

I am a 7 hcp in my 40s and been playing golf for 35+ years. I have played with mens clubs as long as I can remember but senior flex. Interested in a your thoughts on low hcp female golfers and xxio - should we opt for the eleven with R2 or R flex or the x version. I do like the fact that xxio is lighter than my Titleist..

Thanks guys. I bought the XXIO driver and it added length and consistency to my drives. Interestingly I went from regular to stiff as the regular was too whippy. Now I’m going to hit the irons . Currently playing P790’s with regular flex graphite shafts. If my experience with the driver holds true I believe the stiff XXIO shaft will be the best for me. Thank you for your in-depth review and analysis. Great insights.

Great review guys but surely on the X it would have made more sense to remove the bad shot as it clearly skewed the overall average for the club thus making the comparison (as 11 had consistent shots) inaccurate.

Do these come with a Senior flex shaft? High handicap hit straight but age has caught up with me on swing speed. Currently have Calloway Maverick Max Sr Flex; how does the weight compare,, lighter? Callaway has the Epic Flash Star irons only forged? Their brand of light weight. Trying to compare but always thought forged iron was more difficult versus cavity backed. Any thoughts on the forged irons of these 11’s and X irons with a 20 handicap and whether they would work for me versus Callaway Flex Star irons?
