My advice, don't get the vertical handgrip, get AFG-2® - Angled Fore Grip

@@thetexasgunvault Maybe you can talk to the company who does import the rifles to get one in your favorite color. Email to B&T it is possible they offer it in brown too. They did close the B&T shop close to me, about 3 years ago, so i can't go to have a quick look. I will buy the low profile stock soon for my 10.5". Before i did watch your video i wanted equip it with a ACR stock, same i have on the 308 version, but who gives a shit about ergonomy if you can have this bad ass look😍

@@bussinmaneuvers4494 They all come with a stock. The paperwork ist 30 chf more expensive if the rifle is below 60 cm when folded.

Just like an AR-15. The 10.4 is so much better in both regards.

I know. There always seems to be favorites at SHOT and the APC was not it this year.

Yes. Although it is called the APC223, it is 5.56 rated.

@@thetexasgunvault Well I understand that you stated that in the video, but the reason I asked, was because when you showed the close-up of the optic you can see the bolt where it clearly states "Cal. .223 Rem" in the markings. Now I am aware that a 5.56 rated weapon can fire the .223 but it isn't necessarily safe visa versa, Normally someone follows the markings on the bolt and barrel of a weapon as to what ammunition they should use correct? So it's just a bit confusing as to why B&T chose to mark the weapon like that. You kinda get where I'm coming from lol? Thanks for your time and response friend.

I would say that would be likely, so yes.

If you can find an MR223 and not an MR556 you need to buy it. They are super rare in the US. I did not shoot this beyond 100 yards, but can tell you I was very impressed with is at that range.

@@thetexasgunvault im in Europe, its a bit easier here to get MR223s and B&T. The price is about the same too

did you notice a little bit of a wobble from the lower? I just got mine today and it has a tiny side to side wobble.

A 10.4” or 11”-bbl 5.56 is ballistically effective and effortlessly accurate out to at least 300 m, especially one made by H&K or B&T. The original HK416s - before the A5 (resp., MR223 A3) - had a factory bbl length of 10.4“. Honestly, these two are the very best 5.56 platforms made today. The APC223/556 is also available w/ an 8.75” bbl. That PDW is reliably ballistically effective out to 100 m. The MR223A3 is not available with an adjustable gas block. (You can probably track down an HK416A5 gas block.) The APC, however, comes standard with an adjustable GB: “suppressed” and “normal.” The new APCs also all have non-reciprocating CHs. If you want the very best AR(ish) available, get the HK. If you like the SCAR-esque setup of the B&T with the same level of quality as the HK, well, the APC delivers that. Research how well they suppress. HK recommends an OSS can for use w/ the MR. Both are in the same weight ballpark. I think you’d have to handle both to make a proper decision.

@@champy1210 I already bought the 10.4 apc223 pro with the MBT stock. I'm in Europe and its pretty easy to get adjustable gas blocks for HK but the B&T was my choice since i didnt have to buy an adjustable block or mlok handguard. So far I like it a lot, a really small package with the folding stock. Got the B&T skeleton riser with an aimpoint t2 on it and hoping to get a suppressor next. Deciding between B&T rotex x compact or RBS. I do still love the HK so might get the 14.5 in the future.

@@thetexasgunvault Thanks for the respond. I have the gen 1 aluminum frame with reciprocating charging handle. I hope some day they will make the aluminum frame and non reciprocating. I've been follow B&T for some time. Here are the B&T model name Gen2 if anybody interested BT361656: 8.7 inches barrel BT361657: 10.5 BT361658: 12.12 BT361659 good old 16

@@thetexasgunvault i have SIGs so i know it's "alot" but I'm Asking because I've never seen them bring in the 223 in the tan color, only the APC9. And I like this mid length barrel. And I've only seen them in the 10"
