I have a question on your recommendation to get the diesel engine. do you really think its a good idea to have a convertible diesel? we know how bad diesel is for human beings and in stand still traffic the diesel could potentially harm you if you have the roof down. thoughts?
Good question. The diesel has stop-start technology, so it stops running in stationary traffic (mostly). You're more likely to breathe in fumes from other people's cars. And if you're really worried about fumes, you can put the roof up.
it isn't the first convertible SUV. All of the first SUVs were the first 4x4 soft, think about the Willys Jeep, it's the first convertible SUV in about 40 years though.
Nice work by Rory on the Range Rover Evoque Convertible and for Top Gear series 23 or 24 Rory better do a Star in a reasonably priced car lap with Gery McGovern and Victoria Beckham (Posh Spice)since top gear series 17 with James May did a review with the Range Rover Evoque hard roof version in which he praised both Gery McGovern & Victoria Beckham's design of the Evoque interior
I'll be honest this car makes a lot of sense to me, I would never own but here is the gist of why it makes sense 1. A Lot of people want a good badge (rangy) 2. A lot of people would like a crossover to mount the occasional curb 3. A lot of people want a convertible but think this will be more practical because it's an "SUV" 4. A lot of people want economical but won't go for small hatches 5. A lot people don't know much about cars and will probably go for this
One of the best reviewers out there for sure. You just need a little bit more SEO work, produce content more consistently and often and you have a 7 figure channel in no time :) good job..addicted fan right here LMAO.
World's first 2 door, convertible off roader will go to the Willys Jeep. Even Land Rover's Defender and Nissan's SUV had a 2 door convertible variant. So no research was done I guess
