Range Rover P38 - AC Drain Correction

This is a quick little correction video regarding the AC drains.
In video 13 I incorrectly pointed out the rear footwell air vent flexible piece as the AC drains. The correct AC drains are further forward along the center console and much thinner. Almost all the way up near the firewall.
Be careful not to poke holes in the drains as the rubber can be a bit brittle and thin.
In this video you'll see them, and what happends if they clog up.

Hi mate, I am so happy to have found your Channel ,my Range Rover is a v8 but it has most of the problems you are experiencing with yours. I now feel I can try to fix my air suspension ,it won’t lift at all. Thank you for your videos regards Doug from Australia..👍

if your compressor runs but none of the bags full you either have a very bad leak somewhere or the valve block needs a rebuild which is easy. Buy a kit from 4x4Airseals. If the compressor does not run you can bypass the relay to see if it then runs. If it does not run the next step is to short the lead that goes to the thermal switch which is part of the compressor. These can go open circuit and then the compressor will not run. Search Google and RU-vid for details. Good luck.

Thanks Gordon, you have been a great help,I will try what you have suggested,it just went down at the back all of a sudden when I was driving, and now all is does is beep , and won’t inflate at front or back but the front stayed up until I drove home ..

@@jamieoakley3917 If the back dropped suddenly that sounds like a big leak developed. My understanding is that the rear bags tend to last a long time so maybe one of the plastic air feed pipes broke or came off. The compressor runs though?

I’m getting little water on the drivers side when it rains so there must be a another hose Below the windshield that’s clogging?

Hi Ron. You might want to check out my other videos were I found water leaks.
