Wakako doesn't really control the Tiger Claws as she just had a lot of dealings with them due having had a bunch of husbands from them. A lot of her gigs have you actively sabotaging them.
Are we playing the different game? Because Wakako is literally the BEST fixer to me as Corp V. She explains necessary info of mission, adds necessary detail in text, and compliments me each time I finish my job professionally. I get paid to do jobs not get paid to ask questions. She is the one established connection to V from the beginning, they know each other well. Doing her mission really gives me hitman flashback. After that you get the best katana in the game. Beside, most player like Evelyn because (1) she is hot (2) Judy's relation, however the story of her more like a "forced compassion" by the devs applying to the player. I share no tear to her.
I agree with almost everything. I totally agree with your take on Wakako, as I despise her, along with another fixer, for the same reason: the tendency to undermine the power you wield. As V, you could probably singlehandedly wipe out the entire Tyger Claws gang in a fortnight, yet Wakako somehow feels she is in a position to threaten you with nothing but a few goons at her disposal. A reminder: she is not the leader of the Tyger Claws, and her influence in the gang comes largely from several of her grandsons being members. The fact that she gives you the best katana in the game might have been enough for me to overlook this flaw in her character, but her decision to sell Evelyn to the Scavs, knowing exactly what they would do to her, is unforgivable. Rogue is similar. Her condescending attitude is nearly intolerable. As V, you can take on Adam Smasher, who is the most powerful military weapon on the planet that's not a nuke---the same guy Rogue has spent 50 years hiding from in sheer terror. And you have the chance to come out on top. At one point, you even start a war with one of the two most powerful megacorps in the world and take on their armies by yourself. In a few weeks as a solo, without betraying anyone, you accomplish more than Rogue did in sixty years, despite her having a crew. A crew, mind you, that she eventually burned every member of to ensure her survival and rise in the eyes of the same corporation she feared. Yet, despite all that, she still thinks she can set limits on what you can do, as though she is somehow more competent than you. Why? And how? If I were Rogue, I’d jump at the chance to work with V every time, considering how qualified and capable they are. Rogue suffers from the "boomer bug," where she thinks she’s better than others---or, in extreme cases, the best---simply because she’s been in the game longer than everyone else. This state of affairs was only made possible because she sold herself out to a megacorp. That being said, at least she didn’t sell Evelyn, a vulnerable human being in need of care, to the Scavs as just another piece of meat for them to abuse. I feel like most people are salty with the video because of your sense of humor and comments on Wakako, Rogue, Claire, and dare i say even your praise to Padre rather than your actual tier list.

Fingers never said his fixer is Wakako... where did u get that idea from? oO and no idea in what gonk way u completed Wakos jobs (hillarious after u start the intro with "noone wants to work with a total psychopath" XD and going by the clips, u ran in guns blazing or axed and choped everyone standing around, regardless of the mission >-
