Although this video has been done before, becuase the UFC has changed so much in the last few months i think it's the perfect time to make it again. I ranked all 8 of the male divisions in the UFC.
Flyweight is probably my favourite division other than maybe Middleweight/Lightweight. The divisions change so often in excitement levels but I think Flyweight fights no matter the rank as so insanely skilled they have no star power but so much talent
Lightweight being the best division talking point is so outdated imo, yes it’s exciting but in terms of actual contenders and promising rising stars middleweight is the best rn
Even 7 years ago when that bs myth started, it was not true. Back then Cowboy Cerrone was a top 5 guy which is an embarrassment, & having Justin, Gamrot or Dan Hooker in the rankings is also embarrassing on a PFP basis.
I’m sick and tired of all the flyweight hate. It’s so much better than light heavyweight and heavyweight. Unless your ranking is a popularity/ppv sales contest then I don’t understand how it can be last
Yea, i agree. unfortunately, star power is hard to by-pass. I would rather watch a technical fight at fly weight rather than a heavy weight fight for the most part.
agreed. just unfortunate really. Some of the most skilled fighters are in flyweight. the casual fan just wants to see two big fuckers stand and bang i guess.
Though I agree Fflyweight is the worst, saying they can’t main event a PPV is stupid considering cb the highest weight always is above the rest in undisputed title fights and the women’s fight u showed was at 135lbs
@@dev-4525 we got khamzat and bo nickal coming up and Izzy is the biggest superstar that is active on the ufc despite having boring fights he always headline the events
No duh Jon(old)jones who is ducking aspinall Aspinall(only good guy) Ciryl gane(zero wrestling) Sergei pavlovich(chinny) Old stipe(off ko loss) Curtis ploddy chinny blaydes Mediocre volkov Almedia one trick pony(only other good guy) Spivac(bro literally shelled up against ciryl) Tai(fat guy)
@@YoYoLogo Edwards is somewhat of a skilled champion. The entire Heavyweight division (excluding Jones and Aspinall) are a bunch of one trick ponies who rely on their knockout power
135lbs is 100% above 155lbs in terms of pure skill, more former champions & better prospects 155 has way to many one dimensional specialists, like Justin & Dan Hooker even if it’s the most entertaining weight class the skill isn’t there.
it is bad. glass chin pereira got ko’d stiff. cried & changed weight classes..fast tracked decision against a 40y washed blachowicz, then ‘beat’ someone that hasn’t seen the octagon in over a year coming off an injury. ankaliev will be champion soon anyway. so it’s bad indeed
You’re such a casual hopper. Your ranking criteria reeks of casual. Flyweight has so much skill. 185 and 205 are leagues worse with the hot potato of the belts
