@@frenchysoup I would say THE TEAM is better when jokic doesn't score much. BUT the correlation doesn't start with Jokic's scoring, it starts with his team scoring. So if his team knocks down shots, then jokic doesn't have to score as much and can just focus on distributing the ball. When his team doesn't knock down shots, jokic is forced to score to keep his team competitive, but it's not the best option for the team for this scenario to take place
@@frenchysoupe’s better either way, the jokic putting up crazy scoring numbers is a symptom of his teammates having rough games. That’s the reason his numbers are insane in losses, because he starts looking for his shots with far more aggression when his teammates aren’t hitting.
ong are we forgetting brunson also helped carry the mavs to the WCF for the back half of the playoffs, then dropped back to back masterclasses while injured against the heat when every other player under performed, and dominated the cavs right before like cmon now he is certified him in training
Facts as a cavs fan even tho Mitchell had his games the rest of my team just looked like they didn’t wanna mess with Brunson it was infuriating lol but became more of a Brunson fan from that series
I agree for the most part but the Tyrese Maxey disrespect is crazy, Maxey is a 3rd option and even came off the bench for a lot of games this season and averaged 20.3 PPG 48%FG and 43%3PT on 6 attempts per game, he is only 22 as well, Im calling it here if James Harden leaves Philly he can for sure go up to 25+ PPG
Idk although your right he still get mad minutes and not to mention the spacing on having to guard harden and embiid you can argue that that’s a main contribution in his ppg currently but just my take
@@Agent_Apostle That could be a factor for sure cause specially Embiid has a lot of gravity but for example his season high was in a back to back against Toronto that Joel didnt play he dropped 44/8/4 on 75%FG and 75%3PT and carried them to a win.
Bro Solz been on his self hate arc since Boston lost and its been nice ash to see 😂😂I'm waiting till next season to see Hating Solz with a get back season 👀
He couldnt be satisfied after reaaching climax time(game 7), he looking boston like his partner saying "i almost c*m, you didnt even last" frustrated😂😂
YOOO jokic is so good. did you know jokic averaged a triple double AND jokic offense is his defense?! I hope yall know im going to make this a thing lol
@@dominiccavazos4354 he would litterly not play defense to get rebounds. And would yell at his teammates for getting boards because he wanted his tripple double
Idk how to explain this tbh, but BSOLZ and Sage have a great great mix of basketball knowledge, with a bit of casualty to the point you know they don’t watch as much as other channels do and watching as many games as some others do, but are still entertaining, as well as having personalities to where you aren’t turned off by some of their takes to the point you even laugh with them at some of their takes, and I always respect them standing on their points. And I do mean that in a good way.
@@gangg1762 I had to I’m like ok we are gonna be mainstream then huh. People just go off theoretical greatness instead of reality lol. Giannas theoretically is him but in reality butler is better lol
@@Teachingcasualsno it’s not , jimmy butler is not on the same level as Jokic,Giannis and Steph. You can blame injuries all you want but butler progressively got worse through each series
@@TeachingcasualsGiannis has 2 MVPs, a ring, finals MvP, Dpoy , bro has literally accomplished everything there is to accomplish stop trolling. Your gonna say butler is better than Giannis because of the first round but not talk about how butler had a terrible finals ?
I still think its wild how many people are just now getting eyes on Jokic despite winning two mvps and averaging crazy numbers for a center. Like bro how do you guys call yourselves fans without even watching the games?
Seeing sage engaged is so dope tbh. He brings alot to the group. Not just this group but the other one as well. They have to do better in utilizing they members.
Hey, man lead his team to the conference finals and lost to the champs. He’s in training. Curry the guy he beat and Luka who didn’t even make the playoffs are him. 🤷🏾
@@Romanus- "just chucks threes" except he literally averaged 24.5ppg, 9.9 rebounds and 6.5 assists per game in the 2023 playoffs with 49.8% shooting from the field lol. LeBron is still LeBron stop trying to downplay him, bro almost had a 40 point triple double against nuggets in game 4
Yall shouldve made a tier called Superstar which is above Him in training but below HIM, so he's no longer in training but hell never be HIM, so like AD or tbh KD and Dame
@@machoboys8884 of course there's gonna be more playoff negatives for guys who haven't won a championship yet. When Dame is on a better team, then we can properly see how he performs
Over the last 4 season… I’m putting Jimmy as Him. He maybe be at the bottom of that list but a healthy Jimmy can lead you there. I think we’ve seen enough to deduce that. I’m also on the fence with Dame but I’ve seen more playoff elevation from Jimmy than Dame and I’ve seen Jimmy straight up be better than guys were putting as HIM. So bc of that… he’s Him.😊
@@alainlamour5868jaylen brown was cooking the first two rounds shooting 50% from 3 bruh. He got injured in Miami in Game 1 which destroyed his shooting
@@kingdinodragonite3470 if that hand is really the reason… then I’ll give him a pass. Bc I too believe hurt Jimmy is SIGNIFICANTLY less effective than healthy Jimmy. But then I pull back evidence from the previous 4 years and I look at the rest of that tier. That nigga don’t belong there. I’m still putting him in bonafide star
The recency bias on the Giannis slander is crazy. Before this ring, they were already on the same tier. Now that they both have won, they’re tied for the same position at the top.
As a die hard sixers fan this is completely fair. After this offs, hes shown hes not him yet, still learning. But I do have faith he will get there as long as his body hold up, hes only been balling since 2010.
Y’all are bugging when LeBron was out, Anthony Davis put that team on his back and drag him to the playing. He went on a crazy street for like 2 months look it up he is him
I love that Ja grew up middle class, went to private school, his name is Temetrious and now that he’s in the nba he thinks he’s some gangster or something. Dude is delusional
So from reports when Kd came to the warriors Steve Kerr told Draymond to stop shooting threes said he would be move valuable being playmaker and initiate the offense
Not having Lebron In Him because of his torn tendon during the playoffs is crazy. And Dame should be there too, he had one bad series in semis in 2019? What about 2021 against Denver? His production in the playoffs is a bit shaky but he's one the best clutch players in the league
Lebron didn't show that Him in the postseason. Bron been getting that "hurt" excuse since 2019 tbh, except for that bubble season where he and AD got 5 month break.
@@kimohorsin7937 from 2019 to now, that season the only healthy season bron and ad had so... coincidentally, that was also the only season kawhi and pg were healthy, although they choked hard
I don't know if a 30+ year old should be him in training, you know. Like yea, you can go to college at any point, but to be in college for 5+ years in your 30s is crazy lol And I'm talking both sides, guys who are entering it and guys who are losing it.
tbh I think Darius garland is him in training. Ik Fox has been great but idk I feel he’s too reliant on his speed and Ik garland struggled but even after his first playoff series, I don’t think his trajectory is any less
@@sqwo560 yeah he does wth. I’m not denying he has a midrange but Sacramento is a team that loves to get out and run. That’s how they’ve been using him to his full potential. That was their biggest flaw in the playoffs. Once GSW stopped turning the ball over and letting Sacramento get out in transition, it was easier to defend them
Jimmy made the finals despite you casuals and you say they have no chance. That was 2020 lmao they made the finals again despite you casuals and you say he’s not him? being a casual is CRAZY
We need a tier between Him and H.I.T because half that tier is not on the same level. Sorry to be that guy but Bron, AD, KD, Lillard, and Embiid are not on the same level of Fox, Morant, Brown, Young, and D Mitch. Ja and Jaylen are two of my favorite players in the league right now but they are just not as good or valuable as the others. Yes Bron has a drop off as does Embiid and AD is regularly hurt but you are lying if you say that, even then I think Tatum should probably be in that tier as well. I like Brown more but Tatum is probably the one more likely to win on his own or get MVPs so...
How u gonna say jalen green is mid but Mobley is him in training? They're both in the same draft class. Ok let's do this: cavs fans, sengun and Mobley are from the same draft class, would yall straight up trade for Mobley for sengun or better yet, with a future 1st round pick, not this year?
We gotta call a spade a spade at this point. Embiid is just a bonafide star. He is great in the regular season, but with the pressure on and when the lights shine brightest he chokes. In EVERY closeout game against a semi competent team he either has 5+ turnovers or shoots
This is disrespectful to Embiid. If you wanna say he underperforms in the playoffs thats fine but he’s still the MVP. It’s not like he plays like DeMar Derozan in the playoffs, and he consistently gets hurt. Also his point guards (Simmons and Harden) were actually terrible in the playoffs outside of the 2 harden games.
@@sadoubarry7150 bro, stop. He has never beaten an All Nba first team player in a play off series and the injury excuses are getting old. And if I were him I would hide that MVP bcs he cried like a baby to get it and then went out like a bitch in the playoffs the man is a certified fraud. If he finishes his career without even making a conference finals he will be memed to no end
I don't know if I can agree with the idea that Curry's only argument is what he has done for our game. Everyone knows Curry was not only playing his ass off was also the most consistently good player on his team. Especially in the Sacramento series not even really to mention his 50-point game where the whole plan would just give the ball to him. I think you have a argument as long as you also acknowledge that yes the Warriors lost but Curry's level a play hasn't changed if not has only gotten better
@@alexkarsten5567 yh when in reality even tho they had solid seasons other people has better but because kings get held to a low standard, everything well they do is historic
It just don’t feel right for Kd to not be at Him and kyrie not being him in training but dame is is wild but ig only because off court and injuries though
Brunson is that dude. Hes had back to hack amazing playoffs. Him in Training for sure. If his team didn't underperform in the heat series they probably make a conference finals.
