What I think would be un-expectantly horrifying is having to wake up at night and fortify the resting area or your bus from a horde of walkers for night mode,
Okay, so, rampart isn't too scary at night given the game gives you this little glow around your feet regardless of if you've got your light on, and also chainsaw.
Thats why the map is so good. Because it's scary which means it's so immersive whenever your going through it. Most people want to go to rampart as little as possible because it's a scary map which is just showing how good of a map it is if your scared to even go there
I think rampart is my last stressful. Because your walking through a hallway or rooms most of the time, you can always easily see and hear the enemies. Once you've cleared a room, you're pretty damn safe to explore. It's a great map overall
rampart is a very good map, everyone hates it for how dark and scary the place is and that is respectable, schools are always scary in zombie apocalypse media
It's not that Rampart is a bad map, it's just the fact that you literally can't see anything and my worst experiences were in rampart. I haven't even died there and I consider it the most dangerous map. Coming in here at night in retribution is going to be the closest this game will come to a nightmare mode
unpopular opinion but via corolla is best map (not including the resting place) via corolla has reclaimed building, tower building, burgled mission, badass shootout whenever you want, way to fight the reclaimed sneaky or through the front door same with the tower, a bunch-a loot, easy ish caches i say its perfect
the problem i ran into with rampart was well the darkness (psvr) where in the video you have light from the windows but when i played it was litterally pitch black same with the school
amazing video, agree with all of this, the only issue i have is how loud it is when you fire your gun, kill a human or walker, or a walker spots you, that's all
Yeah, I didn't realize that my voice was that quiet, so I tried to level it the best I could. It didn't come out great, but eh, it'll be fixed in later videos though.
Rampart would be insanely good if it wasn’t so dark. Tons of loot, easy missions even in after-shock. And not too bad in general. Lots of room to explore as well
Honestly i dont like rampart because of how dark and creepy it is, i find it to be the saddest map after i did the alone forever mission casey makes you do
For me I'm just scared of rampart because all the buildings and very dim and the gim is really dark but I still love but I would give it an A because I'm afraid to die of walkers that I'm not even able to see
what items don't stay in the area. i only know that zombie parts don't stay. i have a giant collection of soda cans (65 total) behind the seat of the bus and the shelf near the bed is filled with special items and dolls. as well as some other things i didn't want to throw away such as raido's, the soundtrack, and walkie talkies but im wondering what will despawn if i leave it out cuz i don't want to lose anything.
