Jacques came up with the greatest defence system in rugby history (Blitz defence) that teams like England are implementing into their style of defence...
i respect your opinion, but people think rassie does all the work and Jacques just in the shadow looking good because of rassie. Jacques and rassie are best mates for those of you that dont know, and them working together made the boks so dominant. So I would put Jacques at great. And if we think of the boks (or I do definitely), the first thing that comes to mind is how good their defence is, and that is because of a completely new unseen defence system that Jacques created on his own.
Dude obviously Schmidt and Gatland is good coaches ,but it took them years to get their teams up to a decent standard. They will never be allowed to loose for so long and thereafter build those teams to a standard if they were coaching nz or sa .
This is obviously your opinion, but your ranking of Jacques is ridiculous, Andy Farrel? No man take this down you talking nonsense lol have you ever coached? Or played?
How so, he has only head coached 39 games and has arguably the greatest ever coach by his side… his win % is the same as foster so are you saying foster is to low as well? Also played for 26 years coached for 2 so would say I know rugby well haha
@@therugbybooth i would say thats a bit harsh for Foster as well, but your a AB. You guys dont want to lose one game. Guess our standards are not so high(boks). Foster coached in an era where all the other teams caught up with ABs. I would put Andy Farrel right up there. Foster and Jacque 1 below 👍🏼
ozzie dreaming down under, the team culture is created by coaches. boks were willing to lay it all on the line, oz seemed hardly willing to play at this world Cup
