Number 1 is good but 2 is also great for me and I love both Val and grady

Just finished watching number 7, and youre quite right, it really is the worst in the series. You are however quite wrong regarding Napoleon Dynamite, that movie is brilliant... but to each his own 🙂

heres my list and my reasons 7: tremors 3, honestly the cgi is just terrible, and the name ass blaster is kinda cringe aswell, the only thing good about it, is the fact that some old characters returned, and the ass blasters design 6: tremors 7 (shrieker island), first off the kills were mostly off screen, wich sucks, and they kill off burt gummer, the icon of the tremors franchise (exept for tremors 1 wich would go to val) 5: tremors: a cold day in hell, if im honest, the whole twist that burt gets infected wiht a parasite since he got saved from being ingested by a graboid, is actually kinda cool, and there are agents who are revealed to be using graboids as bioweapons, however the only problem is just the editing, i get that they wanted to make it look like the arctic, but its a lazy way of doing it 4: tremors 5, the cgi is much better than tremors 3, and the graboids new design is cool as hell, and instead of tracking prey by sound, theyre tracking anyone who is carrying the graboid egg with them 3: tremors 4: the legend begins, this is a good prequel to tremors, and the humor is pretty good aswell, they also decide to make it take place in the late 1800's , the scene where the graboid at the end gets killed by a steam train or tractor, is actually really cool, and unique. the only complaint is that we dont ever get to see the dirt dragons ever again , but im glad we get to see the graboids for the rest of the movie, and the death scenes are graphic as hell, wich makes it better 2: tremors 2 , aftershocks, this is the best sequel to tremors, as it includes a few returning characters such as earl and burt, it was sad that val wasnt included, but i could see why kevin bacon didnt want to do the movie, as he thought the first movie was a flop , but overtime his character val grew on him, the shriekers are a nice addition to the sequel, and serve as a fun plot twist, as i thought the graboids would be the main antagonists again 1: you saw it coming, the best movie for me is definetly the original tremors, as it fits the scary theme it went for, and the whole reveal for the graboid is impressive, as you think tis the tentacles that are the culprit, but instead is something bigger underground, and lets be real, the scene with old fred basically revealed this, however val and earl treat this as a murder, wich is halarious, and their friendship is halarious AF, and the end is neat too, where Val makes a graboid burrow through a cliff, overall the effects, the scares, and the designs are epic, even for a 90s movie

Man bad acting in some of these does not do justice to just how laughably bad a lot of the 7 tremors movies are. To me, every thing past the first one is flawed for reasons, some shared across as its part of a formula that starts happening. One thing that started particularly bothering me was that the intelligence of the monster was a big plot point until about movie 5 where that gets basically dropped entirely The graboids start doing dumb shit they would not do in the first movie Even 2 ,3 and 4 though the comedy unbalanced 2 and 3 the most, and 4 was an unnecessary prequel, they at least had the monster being an intelligent foe. 7 is criminally boring. However, after watching all 7 for the first time, marathon style, Burts death did get to me, so that made me feel something for the character despite the bulk of this franchise being not that good. 5 bloodlines, revived some seriousness around the monster, which was very good and needed after all the silly Ness of 2, 3 and 4. The twist of Burts son also actually worked well for me and I really liked the pilot character alot, so his fake out death worked on me first by disappointing me because I assumed woke agenda wouldn't let the bad ass dude live or be bad ass but they did and it was a true surprise. 6 then sucked but had some moments, and I also liked the pilot character in this one too, but Val was such a terribly written, tacked on character, to loosely tie in long left behind characters in the first movie and some of the worst acting in the whole franchise is in this movie. its actually funny and almost boosts the movie a bit because how bad the acting is in some parts. That all said, I don't regret watching all 7,and it was fun overall. Number one is actually a great movie, I wouldn't say that about any of the others

I can't believe that they made 7 of these. They should have stopped after the first 2 were made seriously. The third one was pretty bad and the fourth one just completely sucked. I haven't even watched the last 3 sequels though, I'm not going to waste my time. Just like the Critters series, they should have stopped after Critters 2 The Main Course was made but they didn't, they just kept on going with one bad sequel after another.
