Dear Barbora, I'm practicing this flow every other day and I need to admit that its very first-morning flow I truly enjoy. There are no thousands or salutation circles (which I don't like) and for me, this flow is somewhere between pleasant and challenging so pretty perfect. I just add 5-min wrists stretching at the very beginning of practice and usually skip the breathing ending. Many thanks again! I'm glad I understand Czech :)
