Raoul Walsh was my father's [then] brother inlaw. He was given an 'extra's part, in this movie. Lorraine [Walker] Miller-Walsh, was his second wife, for apx. of 20 yr's. Before I was born, in 1946. Never met Walsh, but love many of his, movie's! Especially those starring, Errol Flynn. I agree with those, who feel Walsh...was'ent give, the true credit, he deserved!
Great interview, thanks for posting. If you have the entire interview, and hopefully it would be over an hour's length, it would be terrific to put it up.... I'd love to hear Raoul talk about making The Roaring Twenties!
