I recommend you to listen to Black Magic, Spill The Blood, Spirit In Black (this one should be your next one and Spill The Blood too), Spirit in black is one of my favorites, also Mandatory Suicide, Read Between The Lies, i love all the Slayer albums right up to Divine Intervention. If i were to die and was allowed to bring only one CD, it would be Seasons In The Abyss album, or if i were allowed to bring one group and all their albums, it would be Slayer, i'de be listening to them 24/7 for all eternity. Absolutely love them, pure ear orgasm. And the drummer Dave Lombardo is absolutely amazing, he is my favorite of all time, beside John Bonham (Led Zeppelin) and Neil Peart (Rush)

Man, I like your reactions on Slayer. Imagine my reaction 1982. Listen to "Die by the sword" or "Necrophiliac". 1982 something that changed a complete scene. Later even epic is "Ghost of war" or "Dead Skin Mask" what is a song about Ed Gein...I picked these because I love the riffs of King and Hanneman (on headphones, most time King is right and Hanneman left ear😉), Lombardos drums are comparing with Arayas bass perfect completed by Arayas voice, that is , different to most not such wannabe evil shit. For me, one of the best, maybe the best band of all time over decades...

Check out Opeth. Songs recommended... Deliverance, Reverie/Harlequin Forest, and Ghost of Perdition are great starter songs. Do it live if you want... actually I recommend those songs live. They are a treat. This is from a long time Slayer, Thrash metal, fan. I've been listening to Thrash since it first appeared. I like progressive metal a lot though and I consider this Opeth stuff to be quite unique and great. Oh I did see Slayer live on their farewell tour when they retired. I always wanted to see them live. They did not disappoint.
