My guy. I offered once before. But I’ll do it again. Then next time TOOL is in either NC or SC I’ll spot you two tickets and we’ll go together. Your life will change.
That’s an offer I’d sell my soul for lmao. I saw them once in Milwaukee on Halloween (2019) and they fucking killed it, still the best show I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to a few.
Agree but bro you gotta think you’re just a stranger to Stax. I don’t mean any offense either just saying. saw them live in Kansas City MO and it was 10 years ago. Their music is unique and timeless
@@StaxReacts You’re not gonna regret seeing Tool, man. They might be hitting their 60’s, but they still absolutely crush it. And the visuals/light show you get along with it? Mesmerizing.
Music is subjective. Something I like, other people may dislike. That's why so much different music exists. Listen to what you want, and ignore the "haters." Also, Tool kicks ass!
When TooL create music Adam, Justin and Danny do the music, when they're done Maynard will listen to the song over and over and feel what the music is, and then he writes the lyrics so that's the message of song. Now Adam creates a lot of the album and videos art and his interpretation of the music aspect is different feeling or thought of how the music felt to them when creating it. IMO, giving their music to listeners to be open for their interpretation
Something you may consider doing that would be helpful is checking out the Tool documentary "From Opiate to Fear Inoculum" it tells you how they started and their process of making music and the journey of a 30+ yr career of the ups and downs of the business and forging their own path as artists
Now thats music! My favorite all time band that in my opinion doesn’t have a bad song. I think you are ready to hear the holy trinity Disposition, Reflection and Triad.
OK - so... 67 year old rocker Deadhead here. And I never even Heard of Tool until I started watching reaction videos. A couple of my favorite reactors had said Tool was their favorite band, but I never watched a video or gave a listen because I didn't know where to begin. Well I just began - this was my initiation. Very weird, Stax. But also very powerful. Where do I go next?
Since you’ve only checked out pnuema from the newest album maybe give Descending of Invincible a spin…the new album as a whole is a little more spit and chill for ya Stax
Yeah their videos can be really confusing. The song, though, speaks well and clear. One of my Fav Tool songs. Great reaction as always, thanks for sharing.
Tool is very creative and a lot of their videos are crazy interpretations. Nine inch nails is another or you can look up trent reznors music that he created on his own, all very deep and takes a lot of time to wade through it and figure the videos out and what they mean.
What up big Stax! Good to see you react to tool and not nickelbad lol no I’m jp man I enjoy all your reactions. For all those trolling PLEASE stop, this man is working his azz off ❤
Perfect song to tell you don't let the negativity of the nickelback comentarys stir you. Somtimes you make reaction to things i don't like but it don't bother me. Nickel back don't play my favorit rockstyle but how you remind me and rockstar are one or my countless guilty pleasures. And yes the video drags the atention from the music. Solution hear and watch it more than one time.
I wish I could explain the video for you but, I'm just as baffled by it as you are. Like their music, I just let the videos take me for a ride. Tool is an experience. Spiral out💜
Always audio. The visual music videos have nothing to do with the songs and only distract and confuse. The only exceptions are "Sober" and anything live. Everything else should be audio only,
@@StaxReactsanother reason to do audio only for reactions is that people, like myself, won't watch your reaction video because we don't want to watch you missing the music and get caught up trying to figure out a video that had nothing to do with the music.
Another tool fan being born. Earned the subscription. No band like them. Only a handful of bands are stand alone and TOOL tops that list. Bro, I'd love to see you react to some VOLBEAT. Maybe start with a Warriors Call or Doc Holliday. Make it so please.
Stax I got Boston in 6 tbh I wanted to see luka get his 1st ring. But my boy JT is from my hometown so I gotta bit of love for both teams. Only shot Mavs got is kyrie and luka both gotta score 40 every night or Boston just may sweep em we’ll see. Who you got brother?
First years i could not stand Tool. Even i'm a rock dude. The beat was off, on perpuse but off. But after some years i got it. I love em now. Great musicians, greats lyrics. You have to rethink beat to love Tool.
Just a tip, always react to lyric videos, 2 reasons for that, 1. tool's offical videos are nuts and took your attention too much, 2. Tool's lyrics are hard to understand and it'd nice to see your reaction to specific phrases. EDIT: didn't see you watch it CC on tho.
My opinion, ignore reacting to Tool visuals. It’s too distracting and often has a tangential relation to the song. I think the audience wants your reaction to the music and the lyrics. My opinion.
I think the video is just random. Make of it what you will I suppose. Doesn't necessarily mean anything or maybe it does. Suppose that's the beauty of it in a way?
Tool is NOT an army. Boomers. Its a personal experience. Not an army. You are why Maynard hates you army. Stop! Be an individual. Be what Tool wants you to be. Personal experience not a Kiss Army. Dont be a boomer army.
The videos are basically hard to say exactly what is going on. That's why people say not to watch the music videos because they can be distracting and confusing.
