I love Metal but this rap you compared to isn't that bad. The rap that I hate is the mainstream one (Meek Mill, Lil Wayne, Kanye West, Fetty Wap if that is considered rap)
Nah not true man, rap (good rap ex: tupac, eminem, krs one, nach) has the lyrics that metal doesnt, while metal (good metal ex: soad, black sb, slayer) has the backaround that rap doesnt, thats why i mix them, its so perfect
i must say there is some cool rap stuff outthere, ok, most of it is probably concitered horrorcore now, but what ever, check out: Outkast Bone Thugs and Harmony Death Grips
El metal y el rap siempre se llevaron bien, de hecho si averiguas algo de historia veras que desde los 90's varios grupos como Aerosmith, Ice Cube, Ice T, Slayer, RUN DMC, Beastie Boys, Biohazard, House of Pain, Helmet, etc hicieron hasta discos juntos, de ahi aparecio el nu metal con RATM, Korn, Deftones, Cypress Hill (la banda mas metaleada del rap), Limp Bizkit, Fear Factory, Linkin Park, Soulfly etc, etc (bandas que fusionaron ambos gèneros), creo que la bronca fue màs de los fans, aunque ahora hay muchas personas que en su play list ponen ICP, Marilyn Manson, Bjork y CKY (yo lo hago :p) ....... jaja

thats bullshit because I listen to both and I can say some rappers are better than some shitty metal bands, and they'res plenty of shitty rappers that couldnt hold a candle to some metal bands.
Vaya pero que produccion tan fea tiene el Rap en la produccion de camaras, sonido, luces, etc una puesta de escena muy pobre para algo que respeto como el rap, sin duda el Metal es superio en todos los sentidos y creo que tambien le gana a Rock en calidad musical.

How the fuck rap has more storytelling? if anything they're equal, they just achieve their storytelling in a different way. Rap is more accessible where as Metal has hidden meaning and you can interpretate it in different ways.
