large grassed field, with no designated sites. You cannot camp on the beach.
All sites are unpowered, and shade is around the perimeter only - and sparse - so in warm weather, bring some sort of shelter.
Upon arrival, choose a site, the campsite manager will come and collect the small fee per night to stay there. $9 per adult.
Toilets are available but and there is outside cold fresh water showers to rinse off salt water
Bins are available
Water is available
There is no booking system, you just turn up.
This is a very pretty spot to stay in and very popular with caravans, backpackers and day visitors.
As shade is limited, its a bit like being on a big oval as you don't have trees or scrub to divide your campsite from others.
Dogs are allowed, just follow the signed restrictions on beach and jetty.
this place gets super busy so be prepared for no privacy and close neighbors!
