Nah man. Fake engine noise is in all ecoboost truck for years. Your 17 truck for sure has it unless you turned it off.

just an update you don't have to go to just "as built" you can click on the other one and open it , and if what you want to change might be in there, if it is you hit enable or disable depending on what you want, and the computer does the rest, you still have to cycle the ignition but then no number swapping required. most options are enable or disable, Lincoln folding mirror change you do have to go into as built, but like I said several I did with enable/disable only and everything works great

When you change the auto start/stop there are 3 modules you can change on that list. When you change only the BCM (First module) what does it do? Because the notes say nothing for that one.

I don’t have the list in front of me so not sure. Make sure you check out the notes and the forum. Some will have multiple entries based on you trucks config. But even though there are 2-3 entries, only one would apply to your truck.

I’ve used forscan a few times. Haven’t been able to figure out how to make the amber lights up front my drl’s instead of the headlights. Any ideas for gen2?

Michael Ayon check the forecast linked in the video. There is an option for the amber Planks to run as DRLs

would love to know how to make the mirrors led function at any speed, i 've seen a guy that does it using hp tuner but couldn't get how to, also other guys do it by cutting some wires. is there a way to do it using forscan?

Question, did you’re miles to empty change on you’re rap after you did the temp change or the folding mirrors? I did mine also and have the exact same amount of gas as you. It reads the same as yours but could have swore!!!!!! It was at like 395 or something like that before I did the for scan, I think it might be me and my mind playing tricks on me. Anyways any info would help thank you :)

When you change the truck config, the trucks learning computer is completely reset so all your distance to empty and everything else goes way up. You have to drive the truck for at least 30-100 miles for it to go back to normal and learn your driving

Is there anyway to enable the 360 / front cams at any speed? I'm buying the forscan specifically to turn off the fake engine noise. That shit should be optional within the menu

I followed the instructions and disabled the autostop. When I changed the "0" back to a "1" to put it back to how it was originally, it didn't make the change. What do I do to enable the feature again?

Andrew Nicola It should be as easy as changing the value. Alternately you can reinstall the back file you took of the module too. I will be doing a video on this soon because auto fold mirrors are getting annoying when it comes to washing the truck

Andrew Chau there are tons of option and that spreadsheet can get complicated. Are you talking about the mirror flood lights on the Raptor?

I can't seem to change the 12V outlet runtime limitation on my 19. I run a fridge and the truck auto disables the 12V outlet after a set period of time. I think around 90 minutes. Would like to remove the time limit completely.

Check the ForScan forums man. If it's possible it will be in there. Otherwise your better off wiring it to the battery directly. Lost of hard wired options out there.

I switched my power points to stay on so I could keep power to my Dometic fridge. Look through the Google document, it's in there.

Can you make all the doors and tailgate unlock when out in park instead of having to turn the truck completely off. HATE that about my 2020 Raptor!!!!

Zack Marjamaa do you mean the truck automatically unlocks all the doors when you put the truck in park? Or when you turn it off? Right now neither should happen. That would be a security problem to me

Unfortunately no. At least I have not found a way to do it last time I checked. You need a dealer and ford tools to do it. There is a TSB on hard shifting for the raptor. So even if your out of warranty, you may be able to get the update from the dealer for free.

Man I’ve been trying to enable the trans temp on my 19 F250 but it doesn’t give me all the modules. I’ve been watching the thread in the Forscan forum but nothing yet.

Carl Stovall so I think on the 19-20 with the new sync display can’t do trans temps to replace the turbo guage. I’ve tried and can’t find a way.

No, just major changes in the code and how trans temp is displayed. You have to access a desperate menu to see it. It’s not like the old trucks that allow switching the turbo guage for trans temp on the main screen

J.P. From talking to Jon, there is not much you can do on the Gen1 Raptors. So I don’t think there is a Gen1 spreadsheet. But not sure

Anybody now how to change the DRL halo brightness up when using all the park light as your DRL?

As far as I know, it’s only 1 brightness and that’s it for the stock lights. Off or on.

Make sure you actually wrote the change to the module and changed the correct value. It’s easy to make a mistake. If you still have problems check the forescan forums. Lots of good into in there

Jack Brink from talking to Jon, he could not change anything on his Gen1 with ForScan. Has to be a 2015 or newer f150. Check the FORScan forums to see if it’s possible

@@KeepItDirtyOffRoad it's 100% possible. I know a couple people on the groups who have it done. You can also change the TPMS sensors to come on at a much lower pressure than stock which is critical. I'll see if I can find some instructions and send them over for the next video.

I need this guy to come to Utah! Anybody know if you can disable the auto tailgate lock? I hate it when I jump out to unlock the tailgate but have to go back and hit the unlock button on the door.

North Valley Builders just use the remote🤷‍♂️. There are some Auto Lock unlock items. Check the link to the spreadsheet.

I had mine done a couple months ago by the guys at ORA in Houston. I dont get why ford doesnt have half this stuff as standard in the Raptor- Lincoln mirrors, global windows etc etc. I also, have a hard time saying FORScan....😂😂

Jim P. 🤣🤣🤣 thats all you got? Even with the cam phaser, the gen 2 will kick the crap out of your slow ass heavy Gen1. And nope never had the problem. On my 17 or my 20. And I drive my trucks hard. It’s all that pansies that buy a raptor to crawl the malls like you that have problems.
