Rare Look Inside the Abandoned Imperial Brewery in Kansas City (2022) 

It's being demolished now. Just sad that it couldn't be saved.

I drive by this place all the time from I-35 and always wonder what the inside looks like! Really appreciate the vid! Wish such a historic building could be restored, but I'm sure it's well beyond that point

We went through Missouri a few months ago and stopped by this place. Got some photos of the exterior, but I was with my wife & kids, so going inside was not an option. I'd love to go back some time...

The silo at 1:45 is a bulk storage tank for whole wheat that discharges to a pneumatic conveying system, conveying up to the mills.

Ever since I was a kid, evertime I saw the Imperial Brewery, I wanted to see inside

That brewery's almost mint- perfect place for a puppet show and some beers

3:56 back in ~2004 when you would go to the basement, massive bags about 5 feet in diameter of what I presume was flour was still down there.

How do you know where to find all of these abandoned places? I live near KC & I find your videos so fascinating!

How Kansas City treats historical buildings. Wait till nearly unrepairable (Union Station), then decide to rehab.

This place was out of commission due to a fire. I remember being with 2 of my kids watching it burn. It wasa huge disastrous fire.

Just to let y’all know, we do prosecute trespassers, especially ones that decide to go in and fall five stories. He broke both of his legs, so I do not suggest going in there.
