I wouldnt say better. Pac wasnt very lyrical. He was poetic and a revolutionists. Biggie was lyrical but his flow is what made him stick out. Lyrically Big was witty and his flow rolled up and down and was smooth. DOOM is on his own planet tho. different sounding beats. Very original. Very unique. An alternative type of sound outside of the basic rap elements. It’s like hes a top Chamber in Wu Tangs 36 Chambers.
