Equal protection is equivalent to, or implies, the principle that no one is above the law. The Supreme Court is acting dangerous and erratic. Their rulings needs to be changed and they need to be taken off from the Supreme Court, since they are not protecting the Constitution. President Biden has to protect the Constitution whatever it takes and the Supreme Court has handed him special powers to do that.
The Republicans are worried about changing demographics. They are going to take the election by outright victory or through the courts. They see this as their last chance to take over. People are being misled by msnbc for political reasons. The only legally controversial aspect of this decision is not being permitted to use evidence of official acts to prove criminality of unofficial acts. That part is indeed controversial in the legal community. Rest isn’t but this channel will nonetheless sow distrust in our judicial system.
