You missed the symbolism of kung laos. Hes part of the white lotus.. And turns you into a lotus, as for his saw, the reason people, myself included, love it so much, is while its simple, the emphasis on the victims struggle to get away from the saw really sells the fatality

"Gives you T-rex arms and turns half of your head into an ashtray" That sounds like a 10 out of 10 to me.

"Man, that was messed up.... nine out of ten!" That sums up Mortal Kombat pretty well, doesn't it?

Why does he expect so much of some while loving some really boring ones?! Leatherface: saws him in half "Yeah I kinda like that, *8* " Ermac: twists his body, pulls out insides, levitates an appendix in the air and then crushes it in a ball "Why didn't he take out ALL the insides?!"

Watching this makes me realize how different the fatalities are in MKX compared to MK11. X def went for a more gross out and quick approach, while I feel that 11 went for a more drawn out comedic approach. Both are interesting ways to do it but I find myself preferring X’s just due to their length. They’re short enough where I want to do them.

Some basic ass action happens : "amazing, i'll give it an 8" Something somewhat creative happens : "that's gross, a 5"

I felt the fatalities in this game were very hit-and-miss. It's really putting into perspective how well the ones in 11 account for its characters' unique abilities and personalities.

I feel sorry for Baraka and Reptile. In both timelines, they’re both glorified punching bags. Seriously, I think Kai has a better track record when it comes to win/loss. “Who’s Kai?” EXACTLY!

Regarding the 2nd Bo Rai Cho fatality. I like it more, because all he does is make the guy Drink the same thing he's been drinking the whole fight, and that kills him. Like a fatality of just sharing his booze but his drink is so hard that it kills anyone else is kinda a bop.

Maximilion "Kind of a weird one 5/10" Dood

Kano's knife fatality is actually pretty good in my opinion. You can feel him saying "ya' ain't worth my time mate, Imma instead use ya' for target practice" and what's more, is his throws aren't perfect. They aren't aligned properly, showing you that he DOES in fact need the practice. Points off for the blades being completely clean, but at least he held them correctly when he threw em' instead of tossing the blades by the hilt. 8/10 for realism, comedy, and showing a couple minutes of Kane being serious for once.

These fatalities are probably more disturbing than those in MK11, because those just have a freezeframe, but with this, you get their body just sitting there, slowly having its blood flow out

You gotta grade fatalities on -Originality -Gruesomeness -How first time players would react -Creativity -Scaring factor -Repeat watch abilty

My personal opinion and favorite is Ermac, he removed the entire digestive track which you obviously can't live without, but it's creative because most of the other characters just go for the heart and brain.
