The one you showed as Pakistan( first image) is actually India.The Indian 'brush stroke' pattern of the Para-Smocks is a little similar to a Pakistan Army camo pattern worn over 40 years ago and sometimes called 'Bhutto' pattern as it was discontinued not long after the coup that deposed PM Zulfikhar Ali Bhutto.
