Screw the characters and how scary they look. The wood man jumpscare when pomni opened the door to his bathroom was the scariest. Edit: The fact that the jumpscare dented the possibly metal door means that if it got to pomni, pomni is dead.
I love Caine exactly because he’s scary and unhinged. In my opinion he doesn’t look scary at all, he just looks like a silly wacky and goofy guy, kinda like Spamton from Deltarune. (who also happens to be one of my favourite characters of all time.) Also I can’t take Caine seriously when he doesn’t have eyelids, because he just looks like he’s high off crack 24/7 and that’s why I love him 😭
You mention Spamton. Fun fact: Caine’s voice actor, Alex Rochon, actually voiced Spamton as well in one of Revtrosity’s videos of “Saying a lot of things as Deltarune Characters.”

Caine is the scariest because he has an incomplete amount of empathy as an A.I., and is too aloof to rely on right away. Even if he isn't a malicious A.I., he is still quite a lot to deal with and while he tries to help it doesn't matter much because he is godly but not enough to let us leave. And if we abstract because of, say, a lie about a door? We're just sent into the cellar with a bunch of the same. And who knows if or when that will fill up completely and overflow and destroy any survivors? It's horrifying. My favorite is Kinger by far. He is unhinged, but the most I can say is he'll jumpscare me accidentally and that's it. Like Gangle he is just as scared if not moreso because he has seen literally everything and is also without his Queen/wife. So he is unhinged, but in a way that I would love to snuggle him because he is just such a mourning, out of it guy who's been there far too long from probably sheer willpower alone or just because he's left dissociating to cope with his existence for as long as possible.
I had a nightmare of the teeth with eyes one(except it was just it's head) Where it would attack anything that made a sound, well at least till I hit it with a hammer... Multiple times. Hey the thing was eating the damn creaky door.
I feel like Ragatha wouldn’t be able to hurt others that well without something like a weapon but I don’t think others would easily be able to hurt her that well too In the short that introduces her a giant knife is thrown into her head and she gets back up, chuckles it off, and casually takes the knife out of her head. Plus she somehow survived being very glitched and destroyed by corrupted Kaufmo so I think for me at least Ragatha would be a fair fight
kinger is capable but not stable gangle isn't that capable but is stable enough for someone who is stuck in a circus (and also we don't know if when she has her tragedy mask that she is actually sad or if its just the mask

the funny thing is gangle is probably the scariest as she can’t really feel pain or be damaged as if she were cut she would come back in multiple pieces of ribbon, so if gangle comes at you with a knife, run
I’m scared of Jax because of how tall and slim he is. Not to mention, the smile you talked about is really creepy. He’s my favorite though because he adds a good chunk of humor into it, but I do find him quite unsettling.
I think Jax would be the most scary if he just closes his eyes. Seriously, Freeze frame any time Jax blinks. You only see his smile. Now imagine that he's in your house, You shine your flashlight at him. And you see him Eyeless. Creepy AF. (Great by imagining this im going too have nightmares...)
Pomni: honestly, I think it's just that she's scared and confused because of what situation she found herself in all of a sudden. I don't think she'd be scary once she calms down. Jax: yes, I did agree his boredom will be the most scary (or "dangerous") thing. 😂😂😂😂 Ragatha: nah, I think she's just someone who's smart, which is why she sometimes does think about the deeper meaning of everything and freaks out. At the end of the day, out of all peoplee, I'd probably feel the safest and most comfortable around her. Gangle: ain't creepy at all, I agree. As long as she doesn't actually turn into Five Nights at Freddy's, that is. And yeah, she'd be scared of us! 🤣😭 Kinger: Again, yeah, he'd definitely rate everyone a 10/10! 🤣😭 I very much agree with your description of him and how that potentially makes him a danger to others. It's exactly like how you say it: you just don't know what to expect from him. He's too unstable. Zooble: very regular and (though not necessarily in a positive way) humane behaviour, so indeed, not very scary. Maybe I wouldn't really enjoy her company because of her sassyness, but I also wouldn't feel like I'm in danger. Corrupted Kaufmo: although the design itself isn't scary (but that counts for all, I guess), it'd definitely be terrifying to meet him, no matter the context. Bubble: I don't know, he's cute, but just like with a normal dog, I'd be mostly scared he'd bite me. Gloink Queen: ew. [×100] Caine: I would be soooooo doubtful about him. I'd probably distance myself as far as possible from him or at least be very cautious. Especially with his powers, he could 100% be the scariest.

I feel like at some point in the series Kinger is gonna go so insane that he's going to become the villain like he cant control himself. Either that or maybe Kaufmo or whatever his name is will eventually not be able to return to his usual self and he'll stay corrupted forever. Also since Caine is like AI he could really do anything, especially since he pretty much made the game. So I can 100% see Caine as the main villain.
🤣😂 but I love Pomni she's the little ball of anxiety also adorable and my number one favorite Jax isn't scary mean and rude but also he's funny so that's why I like him Ragatha isn't Scary but she's nice and that's why I like her Zooble is can be nice when they want to be and that's why I like them Gangle seems like very sweet even thought she's sad almost all the time but I like her but I caine is he is chaos and yes he's funny . And kinger is very crazy also I feel bad for him and bubble is ridiculous and glonik Queen is something Kafmo is pretty scary like he could have almost killed Ragatha or Pomni

Ok so a lot of people think Caine is evil but I think the true villain of the show is…. *Gangle* they’ve been seen having they’re mask broken multiple times both of them being from jax so it’s not that far fetched to say Gangle would probably snap or possibly is planning revenge I mean Sadness and happiness and not the only expressions a person can experience
