Ghiradelli dark chocolate box mix plus espresso (powder or replace 2Tbs of the water), 1Tbs chili powder, 1Tbs cinnamon and 1/4tsp of cayenne. You’re welcome.

@@emmaleonmossBinging With Babish, Exrta Fully Cinnamon Rolls by Zaynab Issa from Bon Appetit, and Brian Lagerstrom’s are a few really good ones I’ve heard. I’ve only tried Babish’s, but it was extremely good.

Awesome, thanks for the suggestions and details! Sounds like we definitely will have Babish' cinnamon roll in that comparison video. We'll check out the other recipes as well. Judging from the brownies, Brian could be interesting for this as well.

and another recipe from my friend: (i lov them): 300 g butter 2.5 cups sugar 2 cups cocoa powder 1tps salt (more to taste) 3tsp vanilla 4 cold eggs 3/4 cup flour Butter sugar cocoa go into double boiler wait for butter to melt Wait for it to cool so when you add the eggs so they won’t cook , add in eggs etc etc Pour into 8x8 lined pan (our baking dish with parchment paper Also pre heat the oven to 160C* And stick in there for about an hour 20 mins More or less considering the oven When toothpick comes out with moist crumbs take it out (very thick brownies im assuming but pls try🥺) tysm

Clarie is my favorite recipe but i use all dark chocolate. i don't like milk chocolate because its too sweet. Also, baking it in aluminum foil will have a better result vs the paper that was used in the video

Please try tasty's best fudgy brownie video - made it multiple times and it seems to be the best! worth trying alvin's 100hr brownie - have heard good reviews from that too

I think Josh’s recipe is remarkably average. Like a mediocre fade brownie. Tbh I expected more- he talks a big game! Claire’s looks like the winner to me. I like how it doesn’t rely on being underbaked to achieve the fudgy texture. Based on what you’ve said I think you might like Alvin’s 100hr brownie
