Wearing a cap when I go out has reduced my hair fall by protecting it from dust and pollution. Washing my hair 3 times weekly with litttlleextra coocoonion shampoo and hair oil was the key. It really works and I've been doing it for the past, and I no longer experience hair fall.

It didn't grow my hair either!! People would comment on the smell all the time. I would rather smell like maple syrup because of fenugreek. That's what I use now. 😅😂
