Raul Menendez is one of the greatest villains I’ve ever seen

By far the best villain in the Call of Duty series and one of the prominent villains in the video game industry. The fact that Raul Menéndez was able to cripple America in Black Ops 2 is insane, just to get revenge to the US Government for killing his sister.

One of the best villains in cod. He’s better than Makarov imo. Makarov is great and has that iconic sinister voice. But he’s very emotionless and only cares about power, money, and causing chaos. Mendez was just better written and had a better objective. He was also more human since everything he did was personal. He started a international anarchy and movement and was able to break the US military by hacking into their satellites and getting control of their weapons. All because they killed his sister and the bad affects they caused on other countries. It’s amazing how he used the US’s greediness to have other countries and private paramilitaries rally support for him

After re-watching all the Raul Menendez cutscenes a lot of things are starting to add up for BO6. The CIA fueled Menendez hate towards the U.S. and George H. Bush was president during the 1989 panama invasion when Woods shot Mason killing him. The whole the truth lies has a meaning since Black Ops 2 and the CIA afterwards. I really hope that BO6 gives us the link as to what happened after 1989.
