so many questions!!! why are you boiling mince and not browning it by frying?? why did you use plain flour and not durum wheat flour, you basically went along and made pastry, pasta is boiled in water, not in the oven!! omg
I’m sorry Kay, but no recipe will tell you that to make ravioli you need to boil mince, put gravy granules in the boiling mince (which is then drained anyway!?), make pastry then bake the ‘ravioli’. You just kinda made it up as you went didn’t ya? No shame in that but at least be honest.

From putting your mince meat on the raw paster, press the edges then put in boiling water until al dente. No need to bake the paster after filling them.
"12 Tablespoons" What? Who writes that in a recipe... 1 TBSP is one Ounce, 8 Tablespoons is a cup, so cup and a half, 12ounces or about 350ML 36ish ounces in a kilo
Kay you need to do not use so much water when making pasta. I make ravioli all the time and I also think you didn't roll the pasta thin enough and you didn't knead long enough and you didn't the let rest also you don't bake before you stuff.

This is a mince slice at best. Not that theres anything wrong with that, but its defo not ravioli! Bit more filling though and that'd be a nice mince slice :) x
