First get your bodyweight in pounds/lbs and multiply it to 16.5 to get a bodyweight calorie maintenance Lets take an EXAMPLE first 1kg=2.2 pound/lbs SO, Let's say my weight is so we will convert it to first in pounds/lbs 90kg=198 pounds/lbs so we will get 198 pounds/lbs almost 198*16.5= so we will get 3267 is our calories maintenance and then add 250 to 500 calories according to you if you are hyperactive then add to almost 500 calories But i will recommend just 250 to 350 calories on top your maintenance calories at max because you are not hyperactive you just go to gym that way you will just gain super lean mass of 1 to 1.5 kg per month very very lass fat this way HOPE THIS HELPS.

Bro don't increase your calorie intake in a hurry, because your body is not still used to with these much food, it will gradually take some time around a month to see visible results, you can increases 100 calories after ine week of every month and as a result your body will be gradually get used to your diet, so be patient and move forward slowly and steadily, y'all know that slow and steady wins the race.
