We will recover, vincy ppl are very resilient and strong, we live on an island with fire ( volcano ) we've had to endure strenght for many years. We just recover from the volcano eruption in 2021 and now this. Nature is uncontrolable and we must respect it. Thats part of life and the world we're living in. I believe that we as the people the Caribbean need to rally together. We can clearly see that some places were hit harder than others. Thank God that a lot of people did not loose their lives.

My heart goes out to all of the people that were affected by hurricane Beryl 😢 Trust me, I feel your pain. When Hurricane Luis hit us in 1995 and Irma hit Sxm in 2017, it was the worst days of my life. Irma destroyed my home, went with my entire kitchen, and my vehicle was total loss. Oh boi this devastation I wish on no body, I'm so sorry you all had to go through this horrible devastation 😢😢😢 I am praying for all of you and we in Sxm are trying are best to send stuff down however way we can to help out. Keep the faith and believe in God. He will help you all just as he has helped us through Irma times. Our little Island is still in the process of rebuilding even after so many years have passed. However, life is more valuable and can't be replaced, but material things can.❤🙏🏽😔

My dad is there we haven't been able to speak with him. This is devastating to see, all the islands suffering it breaks my ❤️ All this going on and yet in town they're having a carnival does that make any sense??
