Neil Anderson to break it down as simply as possible for you... defamation of character. falsely accusing him and causing psychological, financial and other losses. Basically failing to do their job at his expense.
@@renetorres213 let me break it down for YOU. That NEVER holds up in court unless the accused sat in jail for years. The wrong people are arrested all the time on good faith. Police and the judicial system makes mistakes. In this case they quickly admitted the errors and let the guy go. Did he waste away in jail for 20 years as an innocent man? No. And there's no defamation of character once the DA announces that they got the wrong guy. No city is going to vote to give this guy ten cents.
@@nreeldeep1 multiple ppl i know gave received compensation for DAYS of jail time they weren't supposed to serve. Lmao tf maybe if you live in a city outside the continental US
Believe the heartless hollow individuals that have NEVER considered Black as human. So NO there is no compassion for our humanity. We BETTER start with a"SELF LOVE" movement to, support and love on the disenfranchised, Mainly US.
@@treynolan7932 I'm a white Scottish man and I believe the guy, I've been done with crimes I truly never done, tbh I feel that is racist as fuck, I have alot of black friends and I don't see a colour just my friends.
Before I read any comments I was gonna say this man is innocent and I would have put money on that! I read people very well and usually know when someone is lying and this poor guy was telling the truth! He was scared to death!
regardless , he is guilty because he picked the wrong friends my system works well.. if a person is into crime and gets in jail/prison. EVERY SINGLE ONE OF HIS FRIENDS AND FAMILY SHOULD GOTO JAIL ALSO THAT WAY PEOPLE WILL PICK THEIR FRIENDS BETTER
@@tomjones5192 your so stupid so if one of ur friends got into an argument an it turns out into a fight an he kills someone self defense an he end up going to jail his friends an family should go to jail ?ur stupid on another level
So sad, glad he was cleared. Unfortunately, this happens too often to innocent people of ALL races and backgrounds, not just black people. Our corrupt system needs to change.
THANK THE LORD AND HIM THAT HE WAS INNOCENT May the lord KEEP HIM ON THE RIGHT PATH and out of troubles with law enforcement and that he’s able to ALWAYS BE THERE FOR HIS FAMILY/KIDS
So glad this young man didn’t have to stay any longer than he did in jail I didn’t know he was innocent when I first saw this interview but after I heard he was actually innocent I had to find this same interview and leave a comment I felt he was innocent then but didn’t comment I am from the ATL in Ga he needs to move back to Ga he will be very welcomed
It’s sad cuz there’s really a lot of black men thats innocent.... as far a they have the wrong guy..... and they end up doing major time.. shit serious
Newsman you could be in that situation someday, anyone could be , if the police decide it was you or you had something to do with it, then they write a report based upon what they believe or on well we don’t know so we pick him and build there story around that..too many innocent people go to jail..I haven’t finished watching this yet and I don’t know but I know an innocent person shouldn’t be subjected to this kind of treatment and it’s happened too many times
It's crazy, but as soon as I clicked on this, and prior to finding out that he had been released, I felt that he was being truthful. The reporter was cold, assuming and detached. Provided that he's innocent, I'm elated that this young man did not get falsely convicted.
This white reporter is doing everything possible to put this innocent man in jail. STOP DOING JAILHOUSE INTERVIEWS WITH THESE REPORTERS !! Reporter: Do you know how strange it sounds that police arrested you on a rumor? Blackman: No kidding? Happens everyday in America.
