I’m 174 now I’ve lost 50 lbs. but I was flagging. Finding your channel is a life saver. I have environmental disorder with complex problems..I’m in a seniors home with meals I cannot eat ...but slowly have been eating more food that makes me very ill. Now I am using your info...very seriously
we make these twice a week and enhance them by substituting 10g of almond meal with 10 g protein powder and 1 tbsp of cacao with maca powder. we also add some pure vanilla extract and always prepare a double batch:0 Thanks so much for this recipe!
Thank you so much for the recipe. Being a keto myself I made the bars last nite and had a piece for breakfast this morning. Oh my lord it was truly yummilicious. I added some ghee and cacao butter together with coconut oil n used pecans, pistachios n macadamias.
If you chop the nuts up a bit before you add them to the mix it wouldn't crack as much. Also run the knife under hot water, then dry it, it would also be easier to cut without cracking. A trick we use in the restaurant!
Today, I made the first batch of the energy bars by following your recipe with macadamia nut filling and pumpkin seed topping but I skipped sweetener (because I am not sure stevia doesn't make my glucose rise). My husband and I loved the energy bars. I haven't really had deserts since I started Keto from August 2019. I am so grateful to learn this from your channel. I will check your other recipes and see if there are other simple ones to follow (as I am not a good cook). Thanks a lot, Fan for sharing what you know with us. Btw, I have been a vegetarian since 1996.
I spend a ton of money on keto energy bars. This one looks absolutely perfect. You're completely lovely and I simply adore your beautiful accent. Subbed!!! Great channel. I simply cannot wait to make a couple of double batches of these for the week. My husband will eat them at work instead of getting junk food on the road with the guys from work. That makes me super, duper happy!!! Keto has been a bit of a struggle for my man as he's fit, slim, and everyone around him eats the MAD Diet which I what I call the modern American diet. Again great channel. You're awesome and God bless you!
Thank you again for this great recipe, I am gonna try it. The only thing what I would add: I love cheshews as well, because they are very sweet , but I have just learnt from Dr. Ekberg on you-tube- cheshews are not so good in a keto diet. First of all high in carbs, and the Omega 3 and 6 ratio also over 1:4 what means better to avoid. The best choise according to dr. Ekberg Macadamia and walnuts and you can eat pumpkin seeds as well. I have started my keto diet only 20 days ago, so I am trying to follow the instuctions. So I am measuring everything and counting caloria ratios. But luckily this energy bar can be done with other seeds as well. It will be sweet anyway, cos the stevia. Thank you again. Best regards Heavenly Angel. Love your way of talking. Calming and pleasant. Anyway your whole personality is very likeable.
I love her she's so soothing when she talks and I can't wait to make these i'm not keto but i've been wanting to start for my kids so they'll kick the sugar craze
I have been watching your videos all day. You are SO eloquent, informative & I could just listen to your soothing voice on & on. Your recipes look amazing & I am SO looking forward to making some of them. Thank you for all your time & effort to share these !
as always, a lovely recipe. though you may want to try cocoa butter instead of coconut oil and maybe ground flax seed instead of ground almond. the cocoa butter is excellent at staying firm at room temperature, it's gotta get VERY hot for it to melt. the flax would be a bit better of a binder while also making the omega-3 to omega-6 ratio better in the bars themselves. or you could also use a protein powder. that plus cocoa butter would make them very shelf stable. though i don't see these lasting very long! lol. i've also heard that cocoa butter is a longer chain saturated fat so it converts to energy better than coconut oil.
@@fettyboy5679 cocoa butter from cacao but raw with no added sugars. Smells amazing and would make this more like a chocolate bar that won’t melt immediately in your hands
Everytime I was buying energy bars I was always thinking how can I try to make it at home to make them for my taste and save money, now I have the perfect recipe. Thank you for the useful information and of course a great vid! Looking forward to the next one ❤️
I made it and its NOT just an energy bar, its a chocolate fudge heaven! its so creamy and yummy! Fan, you recipes never fail!!!! so glad I found your channel. please keep it up
Your channel has been so integral for my Keto journal.....the recipes are amazing and have helped me so much. I could listen to you forever !! And you are so darling... Thank you so much... be blessed ~Phoebe from Lakeside AZ
I have slightly adapted these! I used hazelnut butter ... added some Ceylon cinnamon and cardamom .... a couple of drops of Doterra orange essential oil (orange goes particularly well with cacao and cardamon) .. used salted peanuts instead of the cashews ... and topped it with cacao butter drops! And as the sweetener I mixed liquid stevia with erythritol and inulin. They're now in the freezer! So excited and so easy to make ... the runny batter tasted amazing. Thanks for the inspiration to make these 😇
OMG these are the absolutely BEST and most delicious Keto slices I've ever made!! Storing in the freezer. Using salted peanuts .... they taste like a Snickers bar!! ... better actually! 💜💛💚💙❤️

It's not true that all good things come to an end. There is really a heaven after all. I am so happy to see you back and blessing us with another one of your great receipts. You cant make this one any easier than you did (no cooking). Perfect for those times when you need that special taste of some thing just heavenly.
Hello there, so I glad I found you. I am starting keto, today actually, and just wanted to say that your recipes look lovely. I have subbed and look forward to following you.
Hi, i am following the keto way of eating, non vegan. I just made your bars and they are AMAZING! I used pecans to keep my macros down. They taste very, very expensive. Thank you so much for sharing your recipe and I cant wait to make your flatbread 😀
If you use toppings that are chopped up you won't get fudge cracking. I have subscribed. I love the idea of more vegan keto foods in my eating. Stay safe
I really like your videos, I'm going to try the vegan keto food, after having an emergency hysterectomy at the age of 52 and gaining 10lbs on my 5'1 100lb frame I had to change my ways of eating. I hadn't eaten poultry or beef for the last 3 years only shell fish and fish, but for the last year I went strictly Vegan and tho I have lost 5 lbs I think my vegan diet has too many carbs. So thank you for your great videos. Dani
Hi, thanks for your recipe. I made these today. But my mixture was alot less liquidy than yours. I put only 3 tbsp of coconut oil. I'm not sure if that's the reason. Also the nut based had alot of oil but I didn't add it to my mix. I added only 1.5 tsp of stevia and 5 drops of liquid stevia. End result is a slightly soft energy bar but was not 'melty' so I could bring it out with me.
Thank you for sharing your vegan keto recipes. I discovered your channel yesterday and I’m a new “fan”! Can’t wait for you to post your first yoga video. 😘
According to Dr. Eric Berg cashews have the highest net carbs of all the nuts….35 grams per cup. Pecans have the lowest. But moderation in all things. Recipe looks wonderful 💕
Yes its true i this keto is very effective then i start also to bake my own bread i always watch ur vedio then i have idea to cook now thank you i learn to you
I tried them, they're heavenly :) I used walnuts and pistacchios. I also tried them with boiled quinoa instead of the coarse almonds and it was absolutely great too.
I am DEF making these to take with me in the car!! I think I will use some MCT oil, tho, just to up the energy potential. And I'll use the nuts/seeds I like and have. I like ILOVE2FeelGOOD 's suggestions, so I might try some of those. I'm using alot of orange extract lately and vanilla. I suspect this will be good here too. And I've just found out about using essential oils instead of extracts. I have to do more research, but that looks promising! Thank you!
