How long will the Wey and the cream cheese keep in the refrigerator? I made some raw milk sour cream and also curious how long you think raw milk items will last in refrigerator? How will I know they should not be used? I am new to usiing raw milk items. Thanks.
Since cultured dairy is a traditional food preservation method, it typically lasts a long time in the fridge as long as it is uncontaminated. (You'll know it has gotten contaminated if something colored starts growing in it, usually pink or grey.) Otherwise it can last months!
