Glad you fired him. I hope you charged him with a felony. Because he used a firearm during the committing of a crime. Alcohol and a firearm while accosting an innocent woman would land ANYONE in jail with felony charges. So why does he get a pass?
You can't teach common sense, you either have it or don't. However, this incident IS NOT about common sense, it's about accountability and liability. It's also about having an employee who's rage is fueled by the use of chemicals used in body building. There's no doubt whatsoever that this deputy juices on a regular basis, whether the substance is injected steroids, HGH or the effects of excessive amounts of protein powder that's SUPPOSED to be used as a supplement for weight lifting, NOT as part of a daily balanced diet that many officers abuse to stay alert and energized. Any of the aforementioned substances can and will transform even the most docile human being into a raging maniac if not used as directed. Terminating this office is a good first step, but he also needs to have his certification taken away and be charged with aggravated assault. I'm no fan of a punk kid that does whatever the hell he/she wants to without consequences, but the punishment in this case FAR exceeded the crime, if there even was a crime to begin with.😡
