The reigning NXT champion, Karrion Kross, debuted on Monday Night Raw this week with a loss in under two minutes to Jeff Hardy. What happened this week was a slap in the face to every NXT talent and fan of the brand. Vince McMahon made it very clear this week how he views NXT and Solomonster doles out the cold, hard truth to NXT talent and management that, no matter how much they may believe it to be true, NXT is not WWE's third brand -- in the eyes of the owner, it's WWE's third RATE brand.
