The attention he has of all of those players and coaches...It’s something pretty incredible. Ray Lewis is a great man and great role model to be inspired by.
As a lifelong fan, it was so special to witness. It all felt like a movie. Like it was destined. Amazing. Will never forget that season. And when he announced his retirement before the Indy Game. This game. And how we started off rough, and after the Bye at 6 and 4 just went nuts.
Ray Lewis ---> He is the true meaning of what it is to be American. His soul was forged through pain, love and dedication. Every obstacle in his life was used as a stepping stone to achieve more. I do not know you sir but your story and dedication to all things inspires me, Thanks.
Ray Lewis made the coaches job a lot easier. Because of the respect that was clearly displayed by the players and personnel in the locker room, it is clear that he is sincerely missed as a teammate. I can only imagine having a teammate like Ray Lewis. He brings so much passion to the team. It's hard to lose with that kind of passion, which explains why he has 2 rings, and played with a defense that was very dominant.
Sorry to hear your a Niners fan. You should be praying they draft a QB cuz Kaepernick looked like garbage last season. He was worse then Cutler and that bad. Lol.
Those of you that are so quick to condemn others for their mistakes take a good look at yourself. We all can be better people. It is impossible to go throughout this life without making mistakes. The difference between good people and bad is good people go on to be great. They don't make the same mistake twice. Bad people sit back and try to prevent good people from being better because they themselves are comfortable with the mediocre life they live. Ray Lewis's past is Ray Lewis's past. If you only focus on the dirt of his past you will never allow yourself to recive the gold that he's trying to share with you.
Rick Eger If you intend to kill someone and they die through the actions of your intentions, no it's not a mistake. My friend, my comment is not intended to put Ray Lewis on a pedestal of purity. I'm simply saying not everyone is perfect and that we all can be better people.
Paula Kava Rick Eger He didn't intend to or kill anyone... Just because he was there doesn’t mean he did it or had anything to do with it, he was in the wrong place at the wrong time and the state police explicitly screwed up. An altercation broke out in front of the club in Atlanta. A fight that grand jury was informed by witnesses that Ray Lewis actually tried breaking up. He got into his limo in front of the club and shots rang in the air. When he returned to the hotel, the word on the news was that 2 people were stabbed to death and they were looking for the only lead they had--a limo that left the club during the altercation. They tried charging Ray Lewis with murder when they never even had a piece of evidence on him because it didn't exist. So when they tried to go back to find out who actually did it, it was too late. They botched the case and never even proved who did it. Instead they let the person who actually did it get away because they waited to long. If he did it, it would have been found out.
Wrong video title. This is after his last home game at Baltimore, the wild card game vs Indy (edit), which was then followed by a game at Denver, at New England, and then the Super Bowl win vs San Francisco
Stop being at hater. Ray was proven innocent. Take a look in your own back yard before you comment on others! BALTIMORE FOOTBALL 5- World Championships.
DaveyMurray1 and I was Polamalu was a Raven. Can you imagine Troy and Ed Reed playing on the same team. I don’t like them but I have huge Respect for the Steelers.
not my account but I'm in the pic with my gf.. the guy in the wheelchair is OJ Brigance. played linebacker for the Ravens in the first Super Bowl win. Now he is fighting ALS. amazing person.
Don't walk through life just playing football. Don't walk through life just being an athlete. Athletics will fade. Character and integrity and really making an impact on someone's life, that's the ultimate vision, that's the ultimate goal - bottom line. -Uncle Ray
What do you mean last victory as a Raven? Ray Lewis was apart of 3 more wins that post season, one being the biggest game of the season... you know the superbowl.....
If Ray did the Murder then his career will not be as fortunate as it is now. For a man to suit up for 17 years and the fact he's a Linebacker, enduring all of those tackles, and keep his faith. I believe that it was his destiny to become the Greatest Of All Time.
