Remember seeing this interview with concern about Ray’s health. And now the news of his passing. Ray was a tremendous actor and seemed like a solid guy.
Yes, he forgets the question seconds after being asked, he seems to show mild cognitive decline, perhaps because his heart was not pumping enough blood to his brain, it was obvious he wasn't in great shape here and in other interviews he seems even worse
He was on Seth Meyers slurring his words and he could barely walk to the couch. The video is on RU-vid.. He must have been hiding an illness. Sad. Great guy!
Just 7 years prior he was looking alot fresher in the Larry King interview. His face was like normal and most of all he was energetic. Older ofcourse, he was 59 or 60 but still the same energy and looked great. He was way more tired here than he shouldve been and doesnt look the same One can just wonder, i guess some sort of health condition, i mean 67 is no age to feel this slow!
ray is such a legend i appreciate his interviews more then you know. i grew up watching his movies and he is a legend as far as im concerned. hopefully more interviews with ray if he is willing and if he is not busy.
I knew a girl in high school that was good friends to his former wife Michelle. Before she married Liotta she was married to Mark Grace & she usd to throw mad parties at their $3m condo in Chicago when Grace was on a road trip with the Cubs.
Woww, down to Earth guy married a crazy lady, reason why she divorced, being abandoned by his biological mother it must have being tragic, thank God he found love at the end.
Ray liotta seems like all over the place in this interview.I feel bad for dan since he had to make sense of whatever the hell ray liotta was talking about in this interview.
I think it's just the way he is... Benzos don't do that...I take some and tried them all (really I think)lol. Or he isn't used to them at all, his system, and just began taking some for the show??!( But...it would be weird right?). I think you guys are kinda "tough" with him/ his behavior....now he died I just check this cause you aren't the only one...and he wasn't that "weird". Or weird in a good way. He is even funny, thinks fast. Could be his personality! (+ 1,2 drinks lol, at the most).
Exactly maybe that's just the way he his...I love how you say that. You aren't SURE. We gotta respect him. I'm kinda like that too. Cause I came here after hearing about his interview, and death, expecting wayyyy worst. People gotta criticize:-( they just "know"... But some pple act just like it...
He looked very tired here, like jet lagged here and he woke up too early for the interview but still wanted to do it. Good for you Ray. RIP. You went to early, most likely that awfull vaxx. It has taken a few people I know the same way it's awfull on the heart. Extraordinary actor, a long list of really great films, and extraordinary performances always. Will miss you.
Back in the day of better standards, and everything not having to be streamed live, this would have never aired. Makes the guest and the host lost bad.
