Ray Portal Node BSDF Demo on Blender 4.2 Alpha 

In this video you will see Ray Portal Node as BSDF Demo in Blender 4.2 Alpha that allow you to transports rays that enter another location in the scene.
It acts much like a Transparent BSDF and render passes are passed through and it is affected by light path max transparent bounces.
It can be used to render portals for visual effects, and other production rendering tricks like in this video demo.
It works only on Cycles at the moment and you can find more information on Blender docs manual:
