There's a retro diner within The Cave of Skops called Eat At Joe's, though Joe himself has a problem. His diner's power is out, and he needs Rayman's help to turn all of the power back on so he can save his business.
The first actual area of this level is so dark, that Rayman gets a Firefly from Joe to light up the dark. She is actually tied to Rayman's hands, so if you throw your fist, the Firefly will follow it and let you see further ahead for a moment. Only the first area has this gimmick, and it's gone for the rest of the level. The rest of the level can get pretty lengthy, but not as much as Bongo Hills, thank goodness.
The second area is more similar to what you would go through in Crystal Palace. Blue spiked balls, Wing Rings, red crystal platforms, the works. However, at the end, you meet some large cables.
The third area reintroduces the Stone minions from Blue Mountains, and some very annoying purple bugs that have a Pokemon move called Pin Missile to lock on to you with when they hang from the ceiling. You'll also find a big plug here that allows green saucers with eyes to move. This is also likely the same plug Joe needed your help finding.
The fourth area features even more of these green alien saucers, as they're supposed to be leading your way out of the cave and back to Eat At Joe's.
The final area, indeed, has you return to Eat At Joes, where Joe celebrates that his diner is saved, and now you can go further through the surrounding area. Mainly by crossing over water using yellow beach balls that big-nosed fish will push for you. You'll also have to dodge more of those Hunter mallet shots and even huge-fanged fish in the water. If you can reach the last ! Sign from here, you'll finally beat this level!
Now onto the boss level... Already? It's Picture City all over again!
