Has a forest cabin color scheme vibe, lot of unique solutions that aren't necessarily great so I suspect not easy to sell at this price point. It's modern but not really.

@@muqe2994 meh, I wouldn't rule it out but compare it to the house 2 steps up the hill. Even better location, same size, 9million in 2009, estimated 19million today. It's one hell of a premium. I wouldn't rule it out but I don't rule out insider fake purchase either. Say a foundation buys it from the owner of the foundation because the old geezers ego demanded the price illusion. Consider the lots around it, what you can build for 83 and how not terribly amazing architecture it is.

Please correct your video , Arya is not an architectural firm , it is contractor firm . nor is the owner a licensed architect , and it's a diservice to ant licensed architect to state other wise. Only thing architectural about that home is the concrete wall . E

@@error404blah Location is always the answer. But if you find somebody for who that is not a problem, or who actually prefers the isolation/more limited access/remoteness, fantastic. Homes in the palisades usually don't sell for this amount. Not anywhere close.

@@xrizbira Indeed. It sold for 75 and asked 88 as well, but see, It was a larger house in a superior neighborhood, BUT, even so, the asking price was the same. The reason for that is because San Onofre's value itself is higher. Although its not in Bel Air, it sits on the best spot in California. You have ocean, mountains and downtown views. Even though it has less square footage, it costs the same, because the project is superior and more complex. Thats my perspective anyway...
