@@MAKEARTNOWCHANNEL Jesus! The pressure to deliver something worth 20 days of work must have been unreal. This video was definitely worth every day but I bet when you delivered it after all that you went through to make it they just said "Thanks, looks great."
This was shot over the stretch of a year and a half. The owner is the architect / builder and when I started it was almost finished but not 100%. I would film a week, edit, then he had notes, then come back 6 months later and do pickups of the news stuff. This home is actually seen here, an earlier cut of the video with different music. Fun fact, after we released an earlier cut of the video , both Jeff Bezos and Elon Musk booked a tour. That might be the most amazing acclaim I have. Musk, has seen my work. Mission accomplished. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-iVQhkDZS_Tk.html
Dude, this is just wonderful. Really appreciate the sound design in this one it’s superb. And the little details in certain shots from blinds opening and the likes. Epic 🔥🔥🔥🔥🙏
The shoot looks amazing!!! A7s3 on your drone? And Segway? A totally amazing way to sell high luxury houses. I could watch these all day All in all the maintenance on that place, I’d be so lonely that I’d ask all the creative friends I know to make it our house/office and have a place for my kids to live
Every Angle, Every Scene, Tiny details sound effects and color gradation and especially the background music is awesome..... I wish you could teach me these stuff.... Love from Pakistan :)
You don't really know what your dream home looks like until someone shows you your dream home in this video. Totally floored here. I didn't want it to end!
Who’d have thought that such an epic home would be overshadowed by the filming, editing and soundtrack / design. There’s a lot doing real estate vids, never before have I seen one quite like this. Stunning
Ah, that was so good! Also, it’s so funny seeing a Crestron system in a house. I design stuff with that for businesses and universities. The fact that it’s in a house says a lot about how epic the house is 😅
I was waiting for the secret layer and Tony Stark turning around to say "What in the focal length are you doing in my house?" Then again, you are the Tony Stark of RU-vid 🙌🙌🙌
Can't help myself to notice few things. 1:56 Reflection of the camera on the shiny thing on the left pillar. 2:32 Dust on the censor 2:54 Reflection of the camera on the lamp 3:53 Drone wing on the left
Is that the final cut? Don't get me wrong the scenes are stunning, but I will admit I felt a bit lost watching it. It felt like it needed a break or some kind of a breather in there. I wanted it to feel like a journey, like I wanted to feel what it felt like to live there, i wanted to feel what it felt to come home to this place to wake up in this space but I didn't feel that. Don't get me wrong I still love what you did, the place is just so incredible I wanted more of an experience. I reckon you could have been a great actor in some of these shots to make it more human.
Wow... Let me start by saying that I took a lot of inspiration from one of the real estate videos you did a while back. I actually bought the laowa 12mm beast on your recommendation. Let’s add into the mix that I also own an estate agency, so I’m up there when it comes to knowing how to sell a home. What you’ve done here is nothing short of a masterpiece. I was totally immersed from start to finish. Yes it’s a bloody nice home, but it takes some story telling to highlight the features in such a way that I instantly want to live there... and trust me, I’ve seen thousands of home’s over the years it takes a lot for me to be impressed. Sh*t Josh, that was f*cking awesome! 🙌
Ayeeee amazing. Thanks man!! Yeah the truth is I was hired by the big guys time and time again because my home videos did not look and feel like the rest. Each one was a work of art and took a great deal of time to craft. This one was no exception, took a bloody long time to figure out the flow and edit.
This, next to the original one, is a true testament of how much sound affects the mood of a piece like this. The original piece of music did not convey the same epic-ness as this one. It was definitely worth the copyright claim! Spectacular!
Yo-yo josh yo the use of Hans Zimmer’s music score of interstellar was absolutely perfect! I’d love to see you use more musical compositions like Hans Zimmer in your up coming videos. You never ever disappoint! I think your style is obviously ‘no time for caution’
Absolutely unreal. This is the coolest house I've ever seen and best real estate video, too. Incredible work. Cool to read how this was all pulled off and planned from your responses on other comments. I would love a video of you talking about the whole process to make this!
Saw the other version the music is so much better with this one ... awesome work like always ....the sound effects used throughout the video shows how sounds plays a big part. Always learning from your videos. Great job
@@MAKEARTNOWCHANNEL I believe it! You’re an incredible storyteller, and someone I really look up to and continue to learn so much from. The sheer amount of extra work you put into your videos always shows
There are two kinds of people in this world, Josh: those who see this video and think: “Damn, I’m poor” and those who appreciate it by thinking: “Damn, I’ve gotta work harder.” Well done, my good Sir. Well done.
So the guy that built it is the home owner architect. This is his work of art--- and he currently lives in it. And trust me, he is a crazy awesome artist.
He's one of the few people that I would work for free for. He is been nothing but stellar to me, paid me above what I asked, gave me extra for a wedding present 2 years ago. He's the real deal. I've literally never met anyone who is as wealthy and generous as he is. And I've filmed for a lot of wealthy people. One of a kind that man.
@@MAKEARTNOWCHANNEL I'm glad to hear that. I love your work Josh and you inspire me to be better every day (or once a month when you post a new video) :-)
@@MAKEARTNOWCHANNEL Last thing. My wife just said to me that an artist should be able live in the space of beauty they create in whatever medium that may be. So many artists come from a place of self-loathing but it's clear in those images that he/she has a balanced sense of self and I should just basically shut up :-) There is a reason I married that woman. Thanks for responding so many times!
@@MAKEARTNOWCHANNEL Ahhhhhhh! My wife and I own a real estate photo and video company in NorCal. We have plenty of $20mil+ properties. Come on up and join the team. 👍 Great content.
It's June 2024 and I can't tell I how many of these mansions keep getting out back on the Market despite massive amounts of marketing and social media features
Library? Cinematography next to Architecture is amazing. Perhaps this luxury is in my Future along with 2 kids & a fat Library, A Projector & @ Big Hall to think
Wow. Beautiful work. Clearly, you have amazing raw material to work with. But this is astounding. I happen to have a really soft place in my heart for the Interstellar soundtrack. Added to your masterful filming. And sound design. This really is incredible. I have no doubt that this will blow open yet another incredible avenue for you to conquer. Bravo sir.
There are so much going on... I was like "why?", and then I thought if they have the money the real question is "why not?". A beautiful video for a beautiful house. Incredible job, well done! You inspire me, thank you for that!
Nice gimbal frame you have at 2:54 in the lamp mirror. Too bad the vibration from your steps are not cancelled by this setup. I stick with my drone for fluid shots, even if I lose PQ the fluidity and composition is higher value(customers not watching this in 8k HDR...) for me.
AMAZING !! One question i didn't see in the comment : How did you have the opportunity to film this dreamyy house ?? Did you contact luxury real estate agency to propose your services ? If yes how did you approach them ?
This is so inspiring, amazing editing and filming. I'm about to jump into real estate Videography, making a carrer change after 18 years of cheffing. I have this vague memory of you announcing a course on how to film Real Estate a while back in one of your videos. Is that a thing, do you have a link to it? Keep up the amazing work!
Thats by far the most beautiful home ive ever seen. Most million dollar houses are like "yeah i would like that" but i would trade mansions in for just this one. The mix between nature and modern Architektur is like the perfect balance (reminds me of minecraft) the lighting and the water and wood. Also i like space and the bed is absolute crazy. I dont know if i would fuck or watch the stars in it (prob both). Thank you for showing me a Goal in life worth grinding for! 🤍💙💚💛
OK whattt first of all garage door in the kitchen + moat? Moon roof + 48:9 aspect tvs? The owner has definitely handed Tony stark a few beers on this one.. How long before this goes viral and hits 5M views? 👏👏👏
