replaced my gpro superlight today and omg this mouse is everything i ever wanted. As a palm grip player this just feels like its made for my hands. I have won more games today and my accuracy and kd is up as well. if you are on the fence just do it you wont regret it.
I've been pining after the G Pro X Superlight ever since it came out, but from the reviews I've seen I think the DeathAdder is probably loads better for my hybrid palm/claw grip.
@@TheTechTank it’s night and day. I’ve been a Logitech fan boy since I switched to mnk about 3 years ago. I won’t be going back unless it’s something ground breaking.
Unlike with my previous Razer mice, I've never been burned by my Logitech mice, so I'm really hoping this new DeathAdder holds up over time (which it damn-well better do with those optical switches, lol).
@@TheTechTank haha I agree! This is actually my first razer mouse I’ve owned. Didn’t take me long to realize it was my favorite! I hope yours holds up for you and same goes for mine!
FIX for jumping scroll for RAZER mouses: Open the mouse, you will see very small colored wheel next to big wheel, spray some WD40 on it. Scrolll jumping problem fixed!
Super jealous, lol. I love the black one, but next to the white keycaps on my Ducky it does look a little bland. Pro-tip for keeping it fresh - wet wipes. I go through a pack a month just cleaning my mice and keyboards 😂
2008, I bought a Razer Imperator. I had 2 and both of them double clicked within 2 years. Must have been all those Blizzard games. I got a G402 in 2017 for my birthday and I am still using it. When this inevitably starts double clicking... I will get another one. Buying(Again, birthday gift) one mouse in almost a decade is cheaper then buying a cheaper mouse every few years.
The double-clicking thing has legit creeped into every mouse I've ever owned (some much sooner than later), and it's such a bummer. It's annoying in games, but in Photoshop it's an absolute nightmare. And it doesn't seem to be all that price-dependent - my last three or four mice have all been R1k and up, and I wouldn't personally call that "cheap" 😂
@@NetNeelsie Honestly a pretty solid plan, the 402's an absolute workhorse. I just want to get my hands on a G Pro X Superlight so bad (or the DeathAdder if Razer's feeling exceptionally generous 😂)
@@NetNeelsie Logitechs also have double-clicking issues because that's inherent to mechanical switches. You can solder in new switches when that happens on a mouse that you like.
Im probably commenting this in the wrong place but. My pc is always at 100% cpu usage when I’m gaming on games that dont require a lot of cpu and I have a really good pc. I have no idea whats happening. I deep scanned my computer with AVG. It said my pc is fine and I used CCleaner. Please help, I don’t know what to do anymore.
I bought the wireless version - also corded if you wish to or if battery runs out (for the premium experience) I use gaming mice since CS 1.5, at the time the Logitech G series (even at least two had weights which could be added/removed accordingly to your likes), had at least three (2 corded 1 wireless - tech was not the same...). My first Razer was the mamba (wireless) some two years+ ago (I got the impression logitech was going with too high prices/quality) and I become addicted to it as it was really a major improvement in many aspects. I had some cable issues and battery time is not that great so I purchased another cord (micro usb, but proprietary fitting on the mouse micro USB port - glad this one does not demand a proprietary one, just for sakes of it). Meanwhile I was seeing this mouse like 2 months ago when I bought it and damn if I'm glad I got it. It's better, in many ways than the mamba - which btw I deem as excelent yet -, so light, so easy to manouver... but I do miss razer legacy RGB andd I don't agree such would made this mouse look like a cheppear one, but the concerns on battery make a lot of sense. The best mouse experience I ever had. Still use the Mamba in travel (due to my line of work on Academia) when I want to relax at the end of the day - 159€ is a lot for a mouse to be on travel and subject to accidents - the mamba was also not cheap, like 80€ or so 2 years+ ago. It's really a heavy price mouse, maybe to much even for it's remarkable work - still I dislike a bit the basilisk (I have one, the ultimate, not the viper ultimate with micro usb, the regular ultimate uses a similar cable to that of the mamba, micro usb, proprietary fittings) and the latter version, viper ultimate, is now being sold at a whopping 189€!!! Damn, razer's mice are the best but chill on those prices!!!
I just bought v3 non-pro and the left click is just HORRIBLE. It takes Herculean amount of force to activate (click) and after that the button simply gives & gives in completely, providing no resistance whatsoever. They may be old, but both my G700s (a decade old mouse that I've been using for... a decade!) and G9 (you know, from the era before g700s) have a very different kind of button. They are much easier to actuate and, if the amount of force is small, they push right back, ready to be clicked again. I just can't play grid.. what was the name in aimlabs? I can't play it with Razer mouse simply because to spam clicks I have to lift the finger off the button completely to de-click the button. Returning it to the shop. But everyone keeps praising these buttons. Did I get a lemon or is everyone crazy?
It sounds like you could've gotten a bad unit, but it could also be that you're so used to the buttons on the Logitech mice that you can't really get used to the Razer. No one button/switch is going to feel great to everyone, unfortunately.
the target market for this mouse does not really switch dpi ever so having it down there makes sense for that reason for me I prefer it there but I get the complaint
100% agreed. I wouldn't mind not having the full performance of the mouse in BT mode if it means being able to switch it between my work and gaming systems without the dongle.
What should I take? According to the comments, any mouse of this shape is a piece of sh*t. I thought D2 pro from glourios - people write that it’s crap. I was thinking about taking ROG Gladius 3 - people write that it’s crap. I was thinking about taking deathader v3 pro - they write that it’s crap.
Yeah, I don't get why there aren't right and left-handed versions of all of Razer's mice, surely they have the budget for it and clearly there's demand. Stupid. You might want to look into grabbing the new Viper Pro - pretty sure it's ambidextrous (and should perform as good or better than the DeathAdder).
i have deathadder v2 it's suck , i rlly try to understand whay razer not giving good update for this mouse , 3399 , 20k dpi deathadder v3 is have 3395 with optimization or 3399 power up
@@Adrian-pl3ui The weight and coating is the only difference. Regarding the coating, which is much better (IMO)! Switches, shape sand wheel encoder are the same.
Mine dav3pro died after 4 months for no reason. Wireless conection receiver broke. I'm using spc gear lix plus wireless as a replacement and I enjoy it more even its 3x time cheaper... I'm a competitive fps gamer btw. I came to the conclusion that big brands are often overpaid. If razer give dav3pro normal coding (not this strange bumpy one), made it with holes and change smth with switches(they are crisp but poorly spamable which is a bad in my opinion) it could be my endgame.
you may have been better off trying the viper v2 pro tbh. If you ever decide again and want to roll the dice amazon wearhouse deals can be pretty good if luck is on your side.
nice mouse worth the $150 think I prefer the viper v2 pro though more comfortable for me. $150 is a lot but looks cheap compared to the viper mini signature edition $279 now that's a rip off
Yip, it's probably worth it for a lot of people, but for 150 it's not to me personally. I really want to try the V2 if I get the chance, it looks like it'll be interesting (ergonomically 🤣). Man, I don't even want to know what the pricing for the Mini Signature is going to look like over here...
Hey man! I responded on FB and Insta, lol. Been alright, just been neglecting my socials with the stream being on an indefinite hiatus. Should be ramping up video production and hopefully the social stuff soon though (fingers triple-crossed).
button on the bottom is better, its way worse to accidentally hit the button than having to spend a marginal amount of time to change dpi every once in a while, there is no reason to change on the fly
Yeah the pricing really is a bit ridiculous considering the competition. I'd only personally buy it when it goes on a big sale. Or I'd just go for the wired version.
I think it's very stupid that everyone is trying to get in the hype of light and super light, some BS. I compare this to the hype in phones when it came to curved screens... So damn stupid
I would've agreed with you before I did some research and tested a few of these light mice myself. The hype is a little overblown, but the fact is that pro players do swear by lighter mice, and even if you don't care about a slight performance advantage, you can't argue with the lower weight being great for ergonomics.
nice, this looks great. i may get something like this if my g pro x superlight breaks down lol (i upgraded from the standard gpw last year when i accidentally broke it when cleaning)
So jealous. Here in SA all consumer electronics are marked up by like 20-30% or more compared to the "first-world" pricing. The G Pro X Superlight goes for the equivalent of £135 over here and like 175 for the V3 Pro😒
