Honestly this video is just fine, my birthday is right around the corner and I usually receive some money, what keyboard would you recommend the Razer Ornata Chroma or Razer BlackWidow Chroma V2.
This review was amazing. I just got this keyboard and its freaking awesome!!! The click is soothing to my ears and the chroma lights are epic. You can even install this add-on to use it as a visualizer and make it dance to the music you are listening too. Very comfortable for typing too.
I switched from a Razer Blackwidow Tournament edition Chroma to Razer Ornata Chroma, I do have to say I prefer the Mecha-membrane than a Mechanical keyboard, It's not loud and not too quiet

This video helped me to decide what keyboard to buy for gaming and right now I am using it and it is awesome! The wrist rest is very comfortable as well as having good grips and being magnetic. The lights are customizable with Razer Synapse and it has individual key back light and the software is easy to use. Gamer mode is customizable as well so that you can have multiple keys or shortcuts disabled. The sound of the mec-membrane is impressive and they keys feel good and doesn't collect fingerprints (even if you have oily fingers). This keyboard is overall a good keyboard for it's price!
Great review! I have bought the keyboard a couple of weeks ago as I am not a very big fan of fully mechanical keyboards because most of them don't have that clicky feel and sound and good ones are too expensive. For me, this is the perfect balance between the two for a reasonable price, and I can even say I've got a razor! The RGB finishes this keyboard! I really like it!
This is my favourite keyboard out of all the ones I have owned. I have experimented with the Cherry MX Blue, Razer Green Switch, Razer Yellow Switch, and the Mecha-Membrane of the Ornata is definitely the most satisfying for me personally.
I have this keyboard along with a corsair m65 pro and they are awesome together. The keys are a little loud but they are really satisfying and easy to press, plus the chroma is amazing. I have different profiles that have each key I will be using in the game illuminated, I can have different colours to tell them apart at a glace and can set themes up for the games I'm playing. So you can have awsd illuminated in red, 1234 in green, reload in blue etc etc, plus you can layer all the effects so the combinations you can make are endless. It's a solid keyboard that looks amazing to boot and comes with a nice wrist rest.
I just bought it online, and now im waiting at home till that board arrive with the courir taking it.. Cant wait to try this one 👍 although I had Mechanical blackwidow ultimate right now
I will tell u I actually switched from a Corsair K100 RGB to this Razer Ornata Chroma keyboard, and the Corsair keys are SO sensitive, setting a drink on my desk normally can and often does actuate the keys, there is no audible sense at all with the K100 while typing, and after almost a year with it I still mistype bcuz of the absolute lack of resistance and the overall sensitivity of the keys on it.... I MUCH prefer the audible click u get and the little resistance the Razer keys offer over the Corsair. I brought the K100 upstairs and now leave it connected to my daughters smart TV as she lost her remote, and its basically used to navigate her TV.
i love this keyboard but if you are only buying it as a mechanical keyboard alternative or if your only using it for that clicky feel find something else while the keyboard itself is great the clicky feel gets less clicky over time so keyboard is great but dont buy just for the click
I have the second now. first replaced on warranty when the switches stopped working properly. Now the second is worn out. 3 years. I will change back to some nice cherryboard
Many don’t like this keyboard because of some gamer standard But i like it personally because of the sound and features that make it seem like a privilege to me
I have used this keyboard for about 6 months and it is absolute stunning! I have used hours and hours to make just 1 single effect and it is fireworks and it is perfectly timed i also used 30 min to make a lightning effect witch is the one that matches my current setup. I dont Think u Can get a better lighting keyboard at all!
Just bought. Huge fan of the keyboard but I find the wrist rest to be a little to high and not comfortable to game with. Typing it works great The feel is great the fake leather is very soft.
I own this and it's amazing, it has great LEDs and wrist rest and most importantly the keyboard it feels amazing when typing and it cheap fo definitely I recommend this.
Haha.. Tested a mechanical before? No hate on the ornata, I even have it myself I thought it was mechanical tested mechanical at my friend, feels muchh smoother.
@jordan What do you rate it out of 10? How does it compare with the green Razer BlackWidow Chroma v2? I only like really clicky keyboards, is this very clicky?! Really great 4K review, thanks !

I JUST GOT THIS YESTERDAY FOR MY B-DAY!! :D I’m so happy EDIT: it’s way less noisy than my Logitech keyboard unlike the Chroma it has loud typing sounds :(
Sorry I but what does it sound like when you press a key/typing in general? Does this sound more like a normal keyboard or mechanical? Btw I think the colors alone is worth buying and i am considering this keyboard since i have a razer deathadder elite to match with it. Anyways good video review.
I'm pretty new to mechanical keyboards that is RGB. Does each of the keys can be customized with personal preference colors? like literally each keys? or just because it's backlit, does it differ with the ones that has led underneath the keycaps? Great in-depth of the video btw!
My Corsair K70 cherry mx Keyboard is dying so i have bought this one (getting it 7/6/2019). Its going to be a lot quieter and a nice change from just red color. Hoping its good. If there is any gamer's that own this and could relate their experience i would appreciate it. thank you.
Hi Jordan Ash, This is Absolutely Brilliant Review of the Razer Ornata Chroma Keyboard, I currently own a Razer Naga Molten MMO Mouse, and this will be a perfect addition for my Gaming, I am currently using a Logitech G213 RGB Keyboard which has developed a Fault after a month of owning this! This is perfect Ultimate Keyboard I have been looking for, as I already have own Extended Gaming Mouse Pad RGB, So I have got used to having RGB setup...…I will be buying myself a Razer Ornata Chroma Keyboard on Friday when I get Paid....I so cannot wait to get this only 4 days to go :)
Thanks man, I was watching all the US versions of this keyboard and I thought I was watching the fakes as I have this keyboard. But thanks to you I found out I don't have a fake. Because on all the US Ornatas on the Alt right it just says Alt buy on the UK Version it says alt gr.
How is the padded palm rest with some use on it? Is it still comfortable, this is one of the main reasons i'm looking to buy this keyboard is for the padded palm rest
Nice vid! But something's off, if you go and loog at the enter key on the keyboard you can see it's different from the one on amazon and the leds are dimmer in your video
