I have been using the Orochi v2 as my FPS mouse for the last six months. This is my personal take on some of the features of the product and a quick game play video of me using the mouse playing Borderlands 3. Thank you for watching!
I really like it definitely the shape for me I play Apex a lot after using it for almost 2 yrs now I started getting intermittent scroll click not responding and double left clicks, I opened the shell and blew compresed air it lessened the double clicks but still has issues with the scroll clicks . Since the warranty covers 2 years I rma'ed it and waiting for the replacement I'm hoping V3 gets released the buttons will be more durable .
Same here! I own a Razer Viper Mini and I used to play apex from Season 7 up to Season 13 and after a whole year with about 1k hrs sunk into the game my scroll wheel started failing on me. My sidebutton on the back would sometimes double click too. It seems that Razer's optical switches are only on their left and right mouse buttons 😅. The other buttons are all using mechanical switches
i got mine for $40 last month(indonesia official razer store) was about to get fantech aria but worry about the bad qc turned out tht orochi v2 defnitly significant upgrade from g102 and g304 . Since i got the white and unconsciously tend to put some stain or dirt on it and the shipping for the top shells is a hassle my solution is to diy the mouse with Matt Black Orange Skin Vinyl Wraps , feels nice and i can protect the mouse from common dirt spots.
mouse looks perfect for ur hand size, guessing u have 16-17cm hands. Fantech Aria xd7 is a good alternatiev if u want a wider, and a bit lengthier orochi
