Hello everyone, and welcome back to the channel! Sorry it's been so long, but I'm glad to be back. Today I have a very exciting razor to try out, and that's the Razorock Lupo .72 Open Comb. I also am debuting my Lavender Lemon and Linen shaving soap in the CC2 base on the channel. Come on by!

Congrats Jake on reaching 100! And congrats to Stephen on winning the giveaway! I'm looking forward to the comparison to the R41. I haven't tried the open comb Lupo yet. I really enjoy the Lupo with the 127 plate which is permanently in rotation. I was using the barber pole on it before, but I switched it to the hollowed version which gives it a more favorable balance. The barber pole I now have on thre R41 which suits it well. I get great shaves with both razors, so it will be difficult to compare them! As far as the more expensive razors, if I didn't have them I would probably be happy with the Lupo or the R41. Even though the Blackbird is way more in price, it does give me the best shave out of all of my razors. Shane, if you're reading this, send Jake a razor so he can know what he is missing!

Thanks Vaughn! What a journey it’s been so far! Im fairly certain this lupo is my Goldilocks razor after my shave this morning, but I’ll put it against the R41 for science! I’m glad to hear it’s permanently in your rotation, as it’s definitely deserving! Maybe one of these razor companies will see your comment and take pity on my viewers 😂 they will hopefully save you all from my budget razors.

That’s what I’m here for! There are other channels out there tossing specs out and doing direct comparisons, but I truly like just using a razor and talking about what it feels like. The Gamechanger .68 is a great razor, though from watching your videos I believe you would be better suited with the .76 plate OR the .68 open comb. Just my two cents! Is that a saying in Canada? I’m stoked to hear that you love the soap Chris. I did a lot to make sure it lathered up quick, was super slick, didn’t break the bank, and the scent faded quickly enough to not buy all these matching sets of fragrances.
