These will do 150 to 250 mph depending how much they want to push em!! Think there Skymaster jets and they have the nicest high quality jets out out there!! Awesome
Wouldn't it be cool if you could mount a tiny 4K camera in the nose and view it in real time... Have the camera synced to a pair of VR goggles and experience the flight as if you were in the cockpit... I think that would be awesome! You can see yourself as you do flybys and capture the crowds reaction on video at the same time... I don't think it would take too much to make this happen... Maybe someday... Just food for thought... Stay safe... Rico
I really would love to buy a SQUADRON of those! Paint their 'noses' & 'tails' BLOOD RED. Then set up a computer controlled flight! The TUSKEGEE AIRMEN, TAKE to THE SKIES AGAIN! And while I'm totally indulging my "Delusions Of Grandeur"! Buy second squadron of these Raptors, and paint them in the USAF "Thunderbirds" paint scheme! The really 'challenging part' would be designing a computerized r/c flight control program, that could directly control multiple R/C planes simultaneously!
Beautiful Jets... only, did anyone think to sweep off the runway? As much as these models cost, I'd have been out there early with the biggest broom I could find.. lol
GLAS63 This is in china....they don't want to spend money on a broom. Besides the whole country is full of pollution and litter (thats a fact). As soon as they sweep up the debris, more will fly across the run way. Again not trying to undermine, just stating facts.
From what I know, a jet engine cost you around $1000. So if you want a single engine jet, then you may need to pay $1500-2000 for one. Just a approximate number.
You can clearly see the benefit of a heading hold gyro on the F-16's elevator during the high alpha landing at 1.10. I can't understand why more pilots don't use them.
+Mike Nolan Bladen brother jet motors, they produce about 100lb of thrust so I would imagine they could reach mock depending on the airframe. They are a 5 stage jet motor so they do have the go power just like a full size motor lol.
It depends but I would say at least 4500$ for a ready to fly kit. The more elaborate models and sizes can easily get past 10 grand. If you want a similar experience for approachable money you can fly EDF, which is what I do... its an electric ducted fan....
